About: I’ve grown up with dogs (golden retriever, great dane, hound) and currently have a rescue dog and cat myself! I have taken care of other people’s animals, from cats to puppies to older dogs for about 7 years. I am new to Rover and am hoping to meet and help out you and your pets! I am currently an in person, first year college student, however only have classes 3 days a week, which allows me to be available Friday-Monday At a clients home, I rely on the rules given to me as I want to properly care for your pet and keep them safe. I also make sure to provide communication on how the walk or drop in visit went.

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life and truly treat every pet like family. I have hands-on experience with both cats and dogs of all ages, including senior pets and those who need a little extra patience and care. I’m especially passionate about creating a calm, enriching environment—whether that’s going on walks, providing playtime, or just offering a cozy, safe space for your pet to relax. I understand that every pet has their own personality, and I take the time to build trust and make them feel comfortable. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone you trust. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel at ease while you’re away. Pet care fits really easily into my routine. I already enjoy going on walks and spending time with animals, so it feels like a natural part of my day. I’m good about planning ahead, so I make sure each pet gets my full attention and isn’t rushed. I try to keep things as normal as possible for your pet so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I follow your routine closely—feeding, walks, playtime, whatever they’re used to—so nothing feels off for them. I adjust to each pet’s personality. Some want to play and go on walks, others just want a calm, cozy visit and some attention, and I’m happy to do both. I pay attention to how they’re feeling and make sure they’re comfortable and cared for. I also take care of the basics like fresh food and water, litter boxes, and keeping things tidy. I respect your home and always leave it how I found it. I’ll send updates and photos too, because I know how important that is when you’re away from your pet.

About: I grew up in a home with my parents being dog breeders, behavioral coaching, and dog showmanship. I later went on to rescue and foster cats and animals. Over the years I’ve been animals-sat for families ranging from dogs, cats, chickens, and fish. I’m looking forward to meeting your fur baby and creating a comfortable stress free environment while you’re away. I currently work part-time and it’s primarily remote with the occasional work event. Events typically run on the weekends for 4-5 hours. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I’m out of the house from 2-5pm. I’m an early riser and late sleeper with no issues on working around your animals schedule. I have 2 parks within walking distance and a back open berm behind my home. My backyard is fully fenced in and very spacious. I have the ability to crate your dog and allocate a feed and water area. I live on a quiet street and I have no worries with walking your animal multiple times a day or working around a specific feeding schedule.

He was very relaxed at our initial visit, very communicative and and diligent about being on time. It’s nice to go away feeling good that your animals are cared for. Thank you, Michael P.S. Tina is amazing. She took time to listen to ALL the incredible helicopter mom details I provided about walking my dogs. She is super calm around my sometimes boisterous huskies. Many either don't pay enough attention or are overwhelmed by them. She is great at communicating and really wants to make sure the dogs are getting what they need. I can't recommend her enough.

About: I have several years of hands-on experience working with animals in veterinary settings and caring for dogs with different temperaments, needs, and routines. My background has taught me how to stay calm, attentive, and reliable while handling feeding, walks, medication support, basic monitoring, and pets who may be nervous, senior, or need extra patience. I understand how important it is for owners to trust the person caring for their dog, so I focus on safety, communication, and making pets feel comfortable. My schedule is flexible right now, which allows me to be available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the week. I can work with different routines and understand how important consistency is for pets. I do my best to be dependable, communicative, and on time, and I’m happy to discuss specific scheduling needs in advance. I care for pets with a strong focus on safety, routine, and comfort in their own home. I follow instructions closely for feeding, walks, litter box care, medications, and any special needs, and I always pay attention to how a pet is feeling and responding. With my veterinary background, I’m comfortable staying calm, patient, and attentive with pets who need extra support.

About: I grew up always having multiple dogs and cats and would love the chance to watch your fur baby! I have a hybrid schedule and work from home a few days a week, so my schedule is flexible and can give all the time and attention your pet needs. I have cared for pets of all age ranges and am comfortable giving any oral medications if needed. I love having dogs around the house whether they are active and want to play or just sleep on the couch or in a dog bed. I live in a house in a safe neighborhood and decent sized fenced in yard. The home is a smoke/vape free space. Nothing is left out that puppies can get into. I am home most days, so I am available to keep you whatever schedule your pup is used to. I am typically in office Mondays and Tuesdays, so you will see those days blocked off on my calendar. Dogs are allowed on the couches and we have gates if you recommend keeping them to a certain area. If your pup needs to be crated when left alone, please bring their crate with them at drop off.

About: I’ve taken care of my cat for 5 years, volunteered 1 year at the Valley Humane Society for cat-care, and have taken care of my sisters, and friends dogs here-and-there. My cat is trained and knows how to sit, stand, twirl, lie down, jump, and give a paw. If I can train a cat, I can deal with your dog. My dog care experience is limited, but, this means I will just be even more cautious and will research the in’s and out’s of dog care like a detective in order to make sure I will get everything right. If you have any specific instructions, I will gladly listen and follow them to a tee. I am great at looking through the eyes of the pet, and adapting my behavior to specific personalities and temperaments. I am great with kids and am creative in the ways I play. My household has 3 adults, 1 senior, and 1 black cat. They will not assist with caretaking but may lightly interact with the pet. The house includes a backyard with a pool and tree-house. Tons of cat toys, cat tree, and a cat-proofed home. 1 huge window to the backyard, and 1 huge window to the front yard (the 2 cat-TV’s 📺), which is perfect for cats to watch the squirrels and birds frolick and the rain and leaves fall. My house is close to the Arroyo River trail, which is a perfect place for dog-walking. Your pet will be cared for, engaged, filled up with safe food, and all-set for a good nights sleep. I go to community college 15 minutes away from my house; and so will be home often. I will have time to take care of your pet after college hours. My home, cat: Your cat will first be placed into my room, and slowly introduced with my cat by scent. If it is clear that the cats are friendly with each other, I may introduce Abraham into the room if it is okay with the owner.* The cat will stay in this room for the night.* I will give the cats necessary space, avoid eye contact until they are comfortable, and will not pet unless they clearly are enjoying it. In the room, the cats will have its own bed, cat tree, litter box, tons of toys and safe spaces where it can retreat to. This room is cat-proofed (wires are hidden or wrapped with hard plastic; no places where it can escape, etc.) Your cat will be 100% safe with me, and will have a lot of fun! Your home, cat: I will interact with your cat in the same respectful way as above ^. I will obey the rules of your home and make sure that I know where the cat is. I am great at engaging even the most bored cats with play, and know how to make it exciting for them. My home, dog: Only small dogs and no overnight. I have a small cat at home, and a large dog will likely scare him. At my house, your dog will enjoy the company of 3 adults and will get to explore a backyard with a pool + tree house. The backyard is fenced, but has much shorter fences on the left-side aisle, and a tree that can be used to escape— so the pup will be leashed at all times or put in a crate (if you have a crate to provide, that would be great!) My house is very close to the Arroyo River trail, which is the perfect place for a dog walk. I will play with your pup like they are my own child! I am creative with the ways I play and try to show them new things. Your dog will be engaged with, fed safe food, supervised and set for a great nights sleep. Your home, dog: I will research the needs of your specific dog breed and comply as precisely as possible. I’ll obey the rules of your home and make sure your dog is entertained, fed, and happy at the end of the day.

It’s very hard to write a review for a Dog walker. For the reason, I am not here to see how my dog reacts when she is picked up. I could tell from the photos she was exhausted from her walk, which is a great sign. What I liked best about Samantha she responded in a timely matter regarding accepting a walk with Abbie. She was on time to do our meet and greet. Definitely would use her again please if you need a dog walker please book with Samantha.

She also got here on time for the time we set for our meet and greet. She sent a lot of pictures of her walk with my dog. I always think how do I know if she had a good time. By looking at the photos, I could tell she was tired and had a good time might sound silly, but it’s a fact.
