“Heather is caring, thorough, and responsible with my mini poodle, Lily. She shows up on time and leaves thorough notes. I fully trust Heather to come into my house when I am not home and walk my dog. 8. Tina R.

“Tina is amazing. She took time to listen to ALL the incredible helicopter mom details I provided about walking my dogs. She is super calm around my sometimes boisterous huskies. Many either don't pay enough attention or are overwhelmed by them. She is great at communicating and really wants to make sure the dogs are getting what they need. I can't recommend her enough.”

10. Meghan Y.
About: While I've never had the joyful experience of owning my own dog, I have many years of caring for friend's and family's furry loved ones. I'm open to staying with any four-legged companion, regardless of age. Understanding that it sometimes takes patience, compassion, empathy, and a gentle touch to work with certain situations is a skill I've honed over the last 5 years as a pet trainer. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement techniques only when teaching new behaviors or rewriting old habits. I've had a love of animals since I was a child and the love has only grown as I have. I have years of amazing pet ownership with cats and am open to looking after kittens and cats of any age as well. I believe every animal has its own personality and is at its best when that is allowed to shine through. My ultimate goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, secure, and happy while you are away, whether it be for a work day or a month. I have lots of spacious parks located near me to let your fur baby run and enjoy the sun. If they have a preferred walk or play space I’m happy to stick to the known as well. I currently work full time but can jet home on my lunch to give puppy potty breaks or companionship. My days off would be devoted to you and your baby. In my own home I have a cat that is given loads of enrichment and access to sunshine. I also have a small dog the lives with me. I take her for walks as well as watch her overnight when her mom needs it. We take the opportunity when we can to train too. I always ensure that it is safe for us to depart our home whether it’s for a walk or a drive in the car. Your pup would be given the same care and consideration with me.

15. Kayla J.
“Kayla has been a pet owner and sitter for many years already but is looking to expand her business as a pet caretaker. She has the prerequisite knowledge to take care of all animals especially the furry friends. She loves dogs and cats and knows how to take care of both from taking care of two rambunctious cats in Germany for over a week to only taking in shelter animals, she knows how to handle any animal, especially the furrier ones. Her home is ideal for dogs, especially with a great sized backyard for high energy dogs that need to run and enjoy playing fetch””

16. Corina L.

17. Priera P.
“Priera is a wonderful pet caregiver. She has 2 cats of her own and has spent consistent time volunteering at a local dog shelter. I have entrusted Priera to care for my 3 cats while I'm away and not only does she follow all guidance provided, she engages them in plenty of playtime and makes sure they get a good amount of human interaction. Priera enjoys spending time with animals and is respectful of our home while we're away. I would absolutely recommend Priera as a Rover pet sitter.”
