Tina is The. Best. Wilbur, our golden doodle needs lots and lots of love and he got it. He was perky and happy when came back after a week away and that’s huge. He’s also fantastically picky and has a trick tummy. Tina (and Val) went to heroic lengths to get him to eat without stressing him out. Their patience and love made such a difference. This is our second time booking with Tina and we’ll absolutely book again. She’s our go-to.

Trevor is wonderful! He stayed with our dogs over Xmas and not only took great care of ours dogs but also our house! With all the rain and muddy paws he had to deal with, our house was clean without a paw print in site! He is a great communicator and very responsive to text. Best of all the dogs love him. Our older dog who does not like to walk with anyone outside our family, walks with him happily! 5 stars across the board! Highly recommend.

About: Hello! My name is Abigail. I am an athletic outgoing young woman who is looking for a doggie companion to accompany me on walks and runs. My job allows me the flexibility to check in with your animals throughout the day, providing them with the support and care that’s needed. I am a tidy and organized person, who is also open to house sitting as well. I have superb communication skills and will treat your animals and home like they are my own. This job takes trust, compassion, and a whole lot of love! I have a heart of gratitude and a spirit of excellence. Thank you for your time and consideration. I currently work locally and have free time in the mornings and evenings. While I’m not in a space where I can have animals in my home, I do have the time and capacity to provide excellent pet care. I am both emotionally and physically available for the pets I care for. I adhere to feed schedules, potty times, and the connection/bonding experience. Trust is earned, in humans and animals.

About: I’ve taken care of my cat for 5 years, volunteered 1 year at the Valley Humane Society for cat-care, and have taken care of my sisters, and friends dogs here-and-there. My cat is trained and knows how to sit, stand, twirl, lie down, jump, and give a paw. If I can train a cat, I can deal with your dog. My dog care experience is limited, but, this means I will just be even more cautious and will research the in’s and out’s of dog care like a detective in order to make sure I will get everything right. If you have any specific instructions, I will gladly listen and follow them to a tee. I am great at looking through the eyes of the pet, and adapting my behavior to specific personalities and temperaments. I am great with kids and am creative in the ways I play. My household has 3 adults, 1 senior, and 1 black cat. They will not assist with caretaking but may lightly interact with the pet. The house includes a backyard with a pool and tree-house. Tons of cat toys, cat tree, and a cat-proofed home. 1 huge window to the backyard, and 1 huge window to the front yard (the 2 cat-TV’s 📺), which is perfect for cats to watch the squirrels and birds frolick and the rain and leaves fall. My house is close to the Arroyo River trail, which is a perfect place for dog-walking. Your pet will be cared for, engaged, filled up with safe food, and all-set for a good nights sleep. I go to community college 15 minutes away from my house; and so will be home often. I will have time to take care of your pet after college hours. My home, cat: Your cat will first be placed into my room, and slowly introduced with my cat by scent. If it is clear that the cats are friendly with each other, I may introduce Abraham into the room if it is okay with the owner.* The cat will stay in this room for the night.* I will give the cats necessary space, avoid eye contact until they are comfortable, and will not pet unless they clearly are enjoying it. In the room, the cats will have its own bed, cat tree, litter box, tons of toys and safe spaces where it can retreat to. This room is cat-proofed (wires are hidden or wrapped with hard plastic; no places where it can escape, etc.) Your cat will be 100% safe with me, and will have a lot of fun! Your home, cat: I will interact with your cat in the same respectful way as above ^. I will obey the rules of your home and make sure that I know where the cat is. I am great at engaging even the most bored cats with play, and know how to make it exciting for them. My home, dog: Only small dogs and no overnight. I have a small cat at home, and a large dog will likely scare him. At my house, your dog will enjoy the company of 3 adults and will get to explore a backyard with a pool + tree house. The backyard is fenced, but has much shorter fences on the left-side aisle, and a tree that can be used to escape— so the pup will be leashed at all times or put in a crate (if you have a crate to provide, that would be great!) My house is very close to the Arroyo River trail, which is the perfect place for a dog walk. I will play with your pup like they are my own child! I am creative with the ways I play and try to show them new things. Your dog will be engaged with, fed safe food, supervised and set for a great nights sleep. Your home, dog: I will research the needs of your specific dog breed and comply as precisely as possible. I’ll obey the rules of your home and make sure your dog is entertained, fed, and happy at the end of the day.

About: While many view pet care as a temporary gig, I have been dedicated to it since age eight. With 15 years of hands-on experience, I possess an intuitive understanding of animal behavior that allows me to anticipate needs rather than just react to them. I offer the energy to keep up with active dogs and the patience required for shy cats, ensuring your pets feel safe, understood, and genuinely loved. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze into the margins of my day; it anchors my daily routine. My schedule is intentionally structured to accommodate mid-day play sessions, late night walks, and overnight stays without conflict. Because I don’t have a rigid 9-to-5 commitment, I can adapt entirely to your pet’s specific rhythm, ensuring they receive consistent attention and companionship exactly when they are used to having it. Inviting someone into your home requires immense trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I treat your house as a sanctuary, maintaining strict safety protocols-from double-checking gates to scanning for hazards-while ensuring the environment remains clean and calm. My goal is to let your pets thrive in their own space while you travel with complete peace of mind, knowing both your home and your best friend are in capable, respectful hands.

About: I have owned dogs since I was 10 years old and cats since the mid 1970's. I have cared for, fed, walked, played with not only my own, but for friends and neighbors as well. I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to walk and care for your pets. Mid-mornings to early afternoons some days, all day on other days. I am currently not available to care for your pets in my home due to having 3 dogs and 2 cats already. Anything can change in the future though.

Tina and Yaritza were a dynamic duo in helping take care of our little zoo at home - fish, kitties and our very spoiled dog. They are both very gentle and calm with the animals. We got pictures and updates during the weekend and came home to happy animals and a clean house. We will be booking with Tina again.

We are using Megan’s services for the fourth time, and she has taken wonderful care of our GSD puppy during two-night stays at our home. We truly appreciate her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.

We reached out to Victoria on Rover when we were struggling to find a sitter for our dog during the holidays. She replied right away and came over for the meet and greet as our vacation was coming up soon. She asked questions, and was respectful and understanding of our house rules. She did an amazing job taking care of our senior dog and kept us updated with pictures. Would definitely ask her to watch our dog again. Thanks again, Victoria!

We were visiting Livermore for a funeral and brought our 8 month old puppy with us. AnnMarie responded right away and said she was available to help with the puppy. Lexis was an awesome pet and house sitter. She was great with our very old (18 yrs) girl. She made sure she was taken care of, Rx administration, food consumption, and bathroom. Our girl wasn’t walking too well and she picked her up and took her everywhere (14 lbs). House was a minor perk that our girl was able to stay home while we were out of town to minimize disruptions and came home as we left it. Highly recommend Lexis, she’s great with dogs and gave us the confidence we needed to travel without our pup. Thank you!
