About: I have been caring for animals since childhood, as we have always had pets in our home. I lost my beloved cat two years ago, and since then I haven't been able to get another pet, but I really enjoy taking care of other animals and filling the void in this way. in fact, besides Rover, I have a second job, but I manage to do everything because this work lasts half a day. so i can put it all together We live in a 2 person house. “We booked Trevor somewhat last minute for a quick 3 day trip and we got SO lucky. He was super easy to communicate with from the very start and he gave us lots of updates and pictures of our pups which was great. What really stood out was how quickly the dogs got super calm with him, usually when someone new comes to our house they are wild for a bit but Trevor had an incredible calming energy because they settled down right away when they met him and they were super comfortable! He took detailed notes of their care instructions and asked questions about their care that we didn’t even think to share initially, it really put us at ease. We needed a sitter for our two cats for a one-month trip oversea. We decided to give a try to Rover and found Janet. Janet's profile is a perfect match for us. We did an introduction, found her easy going, kind and loving hence quickly decided to go with her. Janet took good care of our two cats. Our cats (including the shy one) bonded with her quickly. She communicated well and sent periodical updates with pictures/ videos. We were able to enjoy our trip without worrying about the cats. The house was left the way it was when we returned. Jax (8-year-old Pitbull) took to her immediately, and he's very discerning. ;-) Katherine went the extra mile and stayed with him while our home was under construction (for a remodel). She kept Jax on his schedule, administered his necessary medications, and ensured he took all his daily walks. I felt very comfortable leaving Jax and my house under her supervision, and it all went very well. I highly recommend Katherine!
Yanhong did an exceptional job of taking care of Chief while we went on vacation. Each day she sent us updates on how Chief was doing, and darling pictures and videos of Chief. He looked so happy. Yanhong administered Chief's medications 4/day and took him on his daily walks. She is so conscientious and made sure he was eating properly, taking his meds, sleeping well and playing through-out the day. She also left our home spotless. We are so grateful that we met Yanhong and totally trusted her to take care of Chief. We had a wonderful vacation knowing that Chief was in excellent care with Yanhong. She gave us peace of mind by sharing all her updates, pictures and videos letting us know how well he was doing. We will definitely ask Yanhong to take care of Chief again when we get the opportunity to go on another trip. Thank you Yanhong for taking such great care of our very special family member :).
Kayla was so wonderful at keeping Riley occupied and happy while we were away visiting family for a week. We came home to a happy, non-anxious pup who got all the love and attention he needed while we were out. Kayla also was great with keeping the house tidy as it was when we left when she stayed.
