I just can’t say enough good things about Kristi. She was honestly such a wonderful dog sitter, and I felt completely comfortable having her take care of Rex. From the beginning, she was punctual, reliable, and very attentive. She showed up on time, followed everything I asked, and made sure Rex got the care and attention he needed. She made sure he was walked, fed on schedule, and even paid attention to the little things, like making sure he actually pooped while they were out on their walk. Those little details really matter when you’re trusting someone else with your dog, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was paying attention to everything. What I appreciated most was how much love and attention she gave Rex. It didn’t feel like she was just stopping by to do the basics and leave. She genuinely cared about him and made sure he was happy and comfortable. She also sent me lots of pictures and kept me updated throughout the time she was with him, which I really appreciated. Being able to see Rex and get updates made me feel so much better while I was away. Kristi really went above and beyond, and I could tell Rex was comfortable and happy with her. She is responsible, caring, dependable, and you can genuinely tell that she loves animals. I would absolutely recommend Kristi to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. I would 100% rebook her again to take care of Rex without hesitation. I’m so glad I found her, and I would definitely trust her with Rex again!

We booked House Sitting for 9 days and cannot recommend this sitter based on our experience. Late arrival, no communication. The confirmed arrival window was 8:30-9:00 AM. At 9:00, we had heard nothing. The Rover relay number didn't work, and Rover support wouldn't share her direct number, so they contacted her on our behalf. She responded at 9:25 saying she'd overslept after a late night, and didn't arrive until nearly 10:00 AM - with no apology. We had a car service waiting to take us to the airport; only a flight delay on our end kept this from becoming a serious problem. Inconsistent communication throughout the stay. Some days brought no updates at all. On two separate days near the end of the trip, she went hours without responding to messages, including one direct request for a status check that went unanswered for over three hours. On both occasions, our neighbor independently confirmed her car was gone from the house for an extended period with no notice to us. Dog not walked. Our written instructions specified our dog's normal daily walk. Two different neighbors independently reported never observing her being walked at any point during the 9-day stay. The sitter cited heat as a reason for skipping walks, but our written guidance about not walking in high heat wasn't sent until day 9 - so this doesn't account for the first 8 days. Minor household note: without being asked, she put an old, delicate quilt that wasn't on the bed when we left into the washing machine - something we don't do ourselves given its condition. What went okay: she sent photo updates on several days, left fresh flowers on the kitchen table as a nice touch, and our dog did not appear to be harmed. Overall, communication was unreliable and basic care instructions weren't followed on a multi-day booking. We would not book her again.

My parents & I were going on a vacation in Europe & needed care for our family Great Pyrenees. Found Kristi on rover and thought that since she had high ratings she’d be a solid pick. Kristi had a meet & greet with my parents , went well. My parents left for Europe before me , I was to meet Kristi and hand off Bella at a set time & to go over our house list. The morning I had my flight she did not show up on time, did not response to messages or calls. Very stress inducing. She eventually responds to my parents ( not me ) saying she thought they agreed on a different time & that was on her way. Coming from the next town over ( 20 min drive ), 45 minutes passed and she still did not show up. I was frantic about missing my flight, had a list of house items to go over & also wanted to make sure my dog was going to be cared for after we are all out of the country. she told me she’d be there in 10 but I could leave the keys under the mat since she was so far away, I said I’d wait since she said she’d be there in less than 10. 15 min passed and she was still not there. Thankfully my brother was in town so I told him to come check up on our dog and her since I had to go for my flight. We did not end up crossing paths. She was responsive after this. Bella is sweet large dog who needs her walks and likes her routine. We got lots of photos of what appeared to be Bella on walks and around the house. When my parents returned they said Bella seemed very lethargic & her food bowl was filled to the brim with food. ( That is not how we feed her as she has a routine ). My parents also asked our neighbor who has a dog that is friends with Bella if they saw her and they said they never did. Which we found odd. just makes us question if she did follow our instructions. Finally, noticed our outdoor Sun setter shade was completely ripped and broken. Kristi did not alert us of this. I messaged her asked why she didn’t think to tell us and she didn’t have a valid reason. I gave her the chance to rectify and pay for the replacement fabric. She said to give her some time to get the money and after following up twice she said she couldn’t send any money. I ended up filing a claim with rover. Personally would not book again.

Normally wake up take them for a morning walk across the street at the park, then to the dog park if they are friendly with interacting with other dogs, and possibly the creek/beach so that they can admire all wildlife! Whichever/whatever your pets needs/wants are, I will provide! :) I do potty breaks every 2 hours or so & there's also a SECLUDED dog park right here in the complex!
