Anne was great! She took great care of our cat Ciro by playing with him and making sure he had enough food and water, as well as a clean litter box. Xiaoyu took good care of our dog Archi! She communicated well with us and did a good job of feeding Archi and taking him out for walk. Xiaoyu is personable and during the initial meet and greet, Archi immediately got along with her. :D We look forward to working with her again.
Shiyin was absolutely amazing! She took such good care of our babies and cleaned up after them in ways that were above and beyond. She really captured both of our cats personalities both in her reports as well as in her photos. We will definitely book again with her in the future!
Logan was an excellent cat sitter for our 2 young cats, dropping in to take care of them for a week+ trip. He is trustworthy and responsible; his genuine love for cats means he will really care for them and he was respectful of the house, keeping it neat and as-is. He went above and beyond for our cats, providing them with extra affection and playtime rather than just dropping in to scoop litter and check on food/water. We were also given lots of photos and notes about how they were doing, it was as stress-free as a trip away from pets could be!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
