Susan is a Terrific pet sitter! She kept us updated daily with pictures and highlights. She is an experienced dog lover who we felt very comfortable with watching our aging Frenchie🐶

So happy to have Susan watch our 2 Boston Terrier’s. We were in contact before and during their stay, she sent photos and nightly updates which I appreciated. She has many walking trails near her well kept home and a small outside area that the dogs loved to sun bathe. I would definitely trust Susan with our dogs next time we need help!

This was our second experience with Susan in just a month—this time for daycare—and it confirmed everything we already felt about her. The moment Mochi’s paws touched the grass, she knew where she was. She sprinted to the front door, then to the garage looking for Susan, then back again—at one point even trying to crawl under the gate to get to her! It was hilarious, heart-melting, and such a clear sign of how special Susan is to her. Mochi absolutely adores her. At pickup, Mochi was happy to see me—but then ran right back to Susan for one last cuddle. It was priceless. Susan truly understands the perfect dog equation: a well-exercised + mentally stimulated + loved dog = a happy, content, and tired pup. Mochi was snoring the moment we got home! Whether you need daycare or an overnight stay, Susan is, without a doubt, the one.

Susan was our first Rover sitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After meeting a few sitters, our dog immediately connected with Susan—and since Mochi only gives cuddles to very special people, I knew she was the one. We boarded Mochi with Susan for a few nights while we were away, and she was incredibly attentive to her needs. She took her on daily walks, played lots of ball with her—Mochi is a serious ball-aholic—and, most importantly, loved her like her own. She also sent updates and photos, which meant so much to us. At one point, I even joked that she shouldn’t spoil Mochi too much or she’d go into Susan withdrawal when she got home… and honestly, she did the next day! Susan is an absolute gem. We highly recommend her without hesitation and are so grateful she made Mochi’s first Rover stay such a happy and memorable one.

I have known Susan for nearly 15 years and can attest to the fact that’s she’s a lovely, caring person. With respect to animals, Susan is one of the best pet humans I know. She took exceptional care of her own pets and I completely trust her with my own. Her home is pet friendly and our neighborhood is very well suited for walks. Susan would be a wonderful addition to the Rover team.

I wholeheartedly recommend my mom as a pet sitter with Rover. She has had dogs for as long as I can remember and has always been an exceptionally loving, responsible, and attentive pet parent. Her dogs have always been well cared for, happy, and treated like true members of the family. In addition to her extensive experience with dogs, she has also cared for my cats on multiple occasions. Each time, she has been incredibly attentive to their needs, routines, and personalities, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while I’m away. My mom is patient, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about animals. She pays close attention to details, follows care instructions carefully, and always goes the extra mile to ensure pets are healthy and happy. Any pet in her care would be in excellent hands, and I can’t imagine a better person to trust with someone’s beloved animal.
