Loving, caring, and warm environment. It was Kouna's first stay (daycare) with Rachna. Rachna explained that she would introduce her cats to Kouna in preparation for an upcoming overnight stay with Rachna. She sent photos and videos throughout the day and explained that there was a peaceful coexistence. I appreciate Rachna's calm demeanor which assured me that the meeting between Kouna and her two cats would go well. I am very picky about where Kouna stays and have no reservations whatsoever about him staying with Rachna.

We recently went on a Spring break trip and entrusted our male Goldendoodle Ollie to the care of Rachna and Mike for an entire week. From the moment we dropped him off it was clear he would be treated like family. Ollie was well-fed, enjoyed walks twice a day and made friends with their playful cats. We received constant updates and pictures throughout our trip. We are immensely grateful for Rachna’s diligence in ensuring Ollie received his supplements and vitamins. As we prepared for Ollie’s stay, Rachna proactively sent us a detailed checklist outlining everything that Ollie would require. At the drop-off she meticulously went over all the items in the checklist. This ensured we didn’t forget anything crucial and created a smooth handover. It was heart warming to see how Ollie’s animated and happy expressions in the pictures. He was truly enjoying his time away from us. We are grateful to Rachna and Mike for their exceptional hospitality, genuine care and kindness they provided Ollie during his stay.

This is the second time we boarded our dog with Rachna and her lovely family! We were gone for the Thanksgiving weekend and we could enjoyed our family holiday gathering thanks to the peace of mind Rachna offered through the excellent care my senior dog received. Rachna’s respect, love, attention to details, and follow up for our pooch are just a few of the perfect examples she brings to the well care of your pet. My husband and I are very happy with the services she provided.

Rancha was very sweet, friendly and warm person. She took well care of my mature little pooch while we were out of town for the weekend. Really content with the attention she provided to my affectionate dog’s needs. She truly cares for your pet!

Mike and Rachna are fantastic! They took great care of Riley, helping him quickly adjust to the new environment. Rachna kept me updated with photos and videos, so we had no worries. Mike and Rachna are now our go-to sitters for Riley!
