I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. We decided to do an initial meet-and-greet beforehand so we could get to know Cecilia and Ethan and make sure they were the right fit, and I’m so glad we did! I shared a detailed care guide with them, and they followed everything to a tee. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire trip. “Ashley is absolutely incredible. She typically checks in on our cat and cares for him while we’re away, and he absolutely adores her! And so do I, I couldn’t ask for a better cat sitter and I hope I never have to! My cat is very spoiled, he likes to be pet while he eats, which I told her, and she always pets him during mealtime. He also loves to cuddle, he’s a huge cuddle bug, and Ashley always lets him walk all over her until he finds the perfect spot to get cozy on her lap (& gets ready for more pets and snuggles), which she of course obliges. He’s also super active and requires ample play time- she plays with him each visit, switching up the toys when he gets bored, and cleaning up fallen feathers when our feather toy takes a beating. Where she goes above and beyond- our place gets cold in the winter and I told her to turn on the heater for him during her visits to keep the house comfortable for him, and she did. If the litter gets out of control and starts making its way out of the box- she vacuums it. Ashley also just recently did a couple of visits (walks) with my dog for the first time, and she was so great with her too! Ashley truly is amazing. She’s kind, trust worthy, responsible, and funny! I absolutely love reading her visit notes, she really captures their essence. Not only are they super thorough, but you can tell she really cares about them. Look no further- Ashley’s the real deal. Drop-In Visits & Dog Walking: • can schedule a meet & greet prior to booking • I accept same-day bookings • I require a 1-day advance notice for cancellations I’ll follow any instructions and safety precautions required - in terms of diet restrictions, using crates, or keeping pet(s) indoors. When walking outside the home, I will always keep your dog(s) on a leash to avoid any unexpected situations. I’ll be mindful avoiding other dogs and heavily trafficked areas to ensure safety. I tend to walk in the morning and afternoon when it’s not too hot on their paws. I carry a portable water bowl to keep hydrated and medical pet kit with me at all times. I will stay in constant communication with pet owner(s) on their pets’ activity through the Rover app or by text. Please provide me with any emergency contacts and safety instructions you would like me to follow in case of an emergency or natural disaster arises. I use Uber to get around, Uber also offers a pet-friendly service if needed. I can provide daily dog walks around the neighborhood, go to a local park, &/or play in the backyard.

I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. “I am happy we found Xiaokun. Our foster fail puppy who is a 6 month German Shepherd went to him for multiple doggy day care days and one boarding visit. She came back each time happy and tired. I really appreciated how Xiaokun followed our instructions and had great communication, especially when we boarded our pup shortly after her spay surgery. Also loved that on the doggy day care days he took our pup on awesome hikes/walks and sent pics for our peace of mind. “Divya and Shane were amazing with Baxter and their dog Yukon is a really sweet dog too. Divya and Shane were flexible and accommodating with the pickup and dropoff times. They took good care of Baxter, enquired about his schedule and made sure Baxter is comfortable in their home. Yukon tried to get Baxter to play but Baxter, being older now, did not want to play and Yukon was content with being chill and giving him space. Baxter usually is not comfortable in other’s homes but he had a good time with Divya and Shane. Would highly recommend Divya and Shane and will be definitely be leaving Baxter with them again.”
