Our kitten quickly took to Wanwan and Chuchu too (absolute cutest duo you’ll ever come across, btw). Our kitten quickly took to Wanwan and Chuchu too (absolute cutest duo you’ll ever come across, btw). We were also able to see the space our Milky girl would be in and eventually just allowed her to roam their home. They are CLEARLY animal lovers of all kinds and you can tell right off the bat. We plan on boarding Milk quarterly or so because we loved the care they provided Milky… and us! Thank you so much for all you do. We deeply appreciate these lovely paw-rents!”
“Julia is communicative, flexible and understanding. We received fantastic regular updates about our dog’s stay. When our flight back home got delayed, Julia put our mind at ease and was super accommodating. Our pooch has special needs (she doesn’t like rain and doesn’t do well with other animals) and Julia did a great job adhering to our instructions. We’d happily sign our pup up for another stay with Julia in the future.”

“Our kitty Jasmine had a most wonderful stay with Yixin! The photos and little movies had shown that Jasmine had settled in to Yixin's nice home as she found several cozy places to sleep end enjoy windows. This was all so amazing because Jasmine is a "scaredy-cat" and tends to hide from the world and new people. Yixin was able to make friends with Jasmine very quickly. Jasmine ate and drank well and Yixin attended to all of Jasmine's special needs. Indeed, our girly cat was loved and cherished at Yixin's "kitty vacation resort". We have found a Gem of a kitty care taker whilst we are on travel. Thank you so much Yixin for you special love you gave Jasmine. She was a happy kitty when she return home.”

It was stressful trying to find a dog sitter that would understand the quirkiness of a FMD until I found Phina. Phina has a lot of experience with FMDs, and during our meet and greet, our puppy clicked with her immediately. She constantly provided updates and pics which was greatly appreciated.
