This was the first time we used Rover for dog boarding, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Namita responded promptly to arrange a meet and greet. I felt immediately at ease when we met and I observed how she and her family interacted with the dogs alongside Jubilee, our little senior poodle, in their home. Namita was so friendly and enthusiastic about getting to know her. Jubilee is on the shy side but sweet. I can tell from the pictures, videos and updates Namita sent that she and her family did everything they could to make her stay of 3 nights as enjoyable as possible. They were super attentive, kind and caring. We learned Jubilee spent lots of time on their laps, where she was most comfortable and happy. “Janine and her family were so welcoming and their home and yards are safe and awesome! I needed to board my Aussie a couple of days before needing to leave for a family emergency. Janine responded quickly and we scheduled a time for me and my dog to visit to make sure it’d be a good fit. She and her teen kids each took a dog and me and my dog for a walk around the block, then they opened up their home to me to show me how my dog would live when boarded. They showed me the white board where they write down the dogs diets and schedule and sent me updates and photos. I really appreciated that. It was a lot of effort on their part! “I am happy we found Xiaokun. Our foster fail puppy who is a 6 month German Shepherd went to him for multiple doggy day care days and one boarding visit. She came back each time happy and tired. I really appreciated how Xiaokun followed our instructions and had great communication, especially when we boarded our pup shortly after her spay surgery. Also loved that on the doggy day care days he took our pup on awesome hikes/walks and sent pics for our peace of mind. About: Here to help, here to care, prefer other calm non shedding 25-50lb well behaved and calm dogs My intention is to offer reasonably priced care to others's dogs who worry about their pet like their own child - i feel this way about my own pet so wanted to jump in and help some one else out who has similar dogs like mine (to allow a suitable mutual match, i have strong preferences for calmer, 4-5+ aged 25-50lb female spayed dogs who will get along well with my dog and don't require excessive entertaining and minimum care. I would also need to be able to keep them contained in a large room with a pet gate / room divider at time or in a crate if they are used to it if i step away for a hour or two (at most 4 hrs). I will have cameras and bark alerting systems to monitor their wellbeing. I currently work from home 2-3 days of the week and I can be home on weekends by appointment I would host dogs who can be left home for a couple hours at a time in a contained crate / playpen to run my errands or small appointments on the weekend and weekday evenings Fenced yard, caring kid and friendly doodle at host's home, access to walking trails 2-3x a day, love spending time outdoors with dogs and playing fetch or tug rope with them

I talk to them and treat them like babies. My motherly instincts for dogs are no different from taking care of a human being. Since I got my baby, I have researched and have been enhancing my knowledge to take better care of him each day. Whenever I get an opportunity to stay around any dog, it makes me feel very blissful. I have many dogs in my family and friends groups. I keep my house very clean so they do not eat anything from ground. Even for emergencies, I have made an emergency kit which is ready with Charcoal, ear wipes, tweezer and 3% hydrogen peroxide (to induce vomiting) in case they ingest something. I know how to handle normal doggy issues that could occur and even how to handle an emergency situation. If needed I can go to vet immediately. For info, nearest vet to my place is 1 mile ( Golden paws Vet clinic) and nearest emergency (Beacon Veterinary specialist) is 6.5 miles. Your pets safety will be my TOP priority. I am full time at home and will have dedicated time to spend with dogs. I play with them, do stimulating activities as I do with my dog. Your dog will be no different to my own. I have a fenced yard and a long side yard where I play fetch 2-3 times with my dog. I am very creative with playing activities. I am well versed in case of emergency as I keep myself well informed with the knowledge needed to keep pets safe. Important note : Please make sure your dog is up to date with shots and rabies vaccine. Provide a proof you first bring in your dog for day care or boarding.

I am currently not working so am available anytime to care for your pet(s). I do request 5 days in advance notice of the actual visit(s). About: From puppies to adults I have experience with dogs from 5lbs to 80lbs. I will always try my best and be patient. My love for dogs is obvious, most dogs warm up to me fairly easy. I’m that person who seeks out doggie friends at parks, at party’s, etc. I don’t mind shy, energetic, lazy, or yappy dogs. I am a full time ASL interpreting student. I have free time in the evenings, Tuesdays, Thursday's & weekends. I make time for my dog & can make time for yours. I take extra care of others homes, leaving them how they were to start or better. On top of keeping your pets area tidy, your pet is sure to have a great time. Even though their favorite humans may not be around.
About: I have a beautiful cat, Charlie. I learned a lot about cats from him. I’ve also had the privilege of working with Much Love (dog foster), NKLA (No-Kill Los Angeles, dog care taker) and the Marin Humane Society ( cat care taker), where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. More recently I fostered Timon, a handsome husky, and found a furrever home for him. I love pets and have lots of patience. I’m currently working from home. And my working schedule is flexible. I can work around the schedule to fit pet care in. So I am available most time of the week. I have a fenced yard. My cat Charlie, he just doesn’t care. He is ok with other cats and dogs, based on past experience. No children at home.
About: Dogs make my heart happy, and so do cats! :) I loved the times that I got to spend and care for my beloved Moki who went to heaven in Dec. 2023. I miss her every single day. I work as a substitute teacher and painting instructor, which provides me with a flexible schedule to pursue my hobbies and interests. One of my passions in life is dogs. About: I have had a dog almost my entire life. I love animals of all kinds and will help you out with your dog if needed. “We had such a great experience with Cecilia and Ethan! I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. We decided to do an initial meet-and-greet beforehand so we could get to know Cecilia and Ethan and make sure they were the right fit, and I’m so glad we did! “I am happy we found Xiaokun. Our foster fail puppy who is a 6 month German Shepherd went to him for multiple doggy day care days and one boarding visit. She came back each time happy and tired. I really appreciated how Xiaokun followed our instructions and had great communication, especially when we boarded our pup shortly after her spay surgery. Also loved that on the doggy day care days he took our pup on awesome hikes/walks and sent pics for our peace of mind. Xiaokun has great calm energy and that definitely translated to making my pups stay a great one. Definitely recommend!”

“Divya and Shane were amazing with Baxter and their dog Yukon is a really sweet dog too. Divya and Shane were flexible and accommodating with the pickup and dropoff times. They took good care of Baxter, enquired about his schedule and made sure Baxter is comfortable in their home. Yukon tried to get Baxter to play but Baxter, being older now, did not want to play and Yukon was content with being chill and giving him space. Baxter usually is not comfortable in other’s homes but he had a good time with Divya and Shane. Would highly recommend Divya and Shane and will be definitely be leaving Baxter with them again.”

About: Here to help, here to care, prefer other calm non shedding 25-50lb well behaved and calm dogs My intention is to offer reasonably priced care to others's dogs who worry about their pet like their own child - i feel this way about my own pet so wanted to jump in and help some one else out who has similar dogs like mine (to allow a suitable mutual match, i have strong preferences for calmer, 4-5+ aged 25-50lb female spayed dogs who will get along well with my dog and don't require excessive entertaining and minimum care. I would also need to be able to keep them contained in a large room with a pet gate / room divider at time or in a crate if they are used to it if i step away for a hour or two (at most 4 hrs). I will have cameras and bark alerting systems to monitor their wellbeing. I currently work from home 2-3 days of the week and I can be home on weekends by appointment I would host dogs who can be left home for a couple hours at a time in a contained crate / playpen to run my errands or small appointments on the weekend and weekday evenings Fenced yard, caring kid and friendly doodle at host's home, access to walking trails 2-3x a day, love spending time outdoors with dogs and playing fetch or tug rope with them
