She and her teen kids each took a dog and me and my dog for a walk around the block, then they opened up their home to me to show me how my dog would live when boarded. I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. We decided to do an initial meet-and-greet beforehand so we could get to know Cecilia and Ethan and make sure they were the right fit, and I’m so glad we did! I shared a detailed care guide with them, and they followed everything to a tee. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire trip. They also went above and beyond by taking our dogs out to the lake and even to Monterey! We received lots of photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. “Divya and Shane were amazing with Baxter and their dog Yukon is a really sweet dog too. Divya and Shane were flexible and accommodating with the pickup and dropoff times. They took good care of Baxter, enquired about his schedule and made sure Baxter is comfortable in their home. Yukon tried to get Baxter to play but Baxter, being older now, did not want to play and Yukon was content with being chill and giving him space. Baxter usually is not comfortable in other’s homes but he had a good time with Divya and Shane. Would highly recommend Divya and Shane and will be definitely be leaving Baxter with them again.”

About: We have had cats my entire life, and although I am allergic, I can't help but love cats anyway. Every cat that I've looked after requires a unique and special diet that I am able to follow easily. I've cared for cats that need to be fed in small increments, some that need water mixed into their food, medicine mixed in, separating those who will eat each others food, warming up and portioning dry and wet food, the list goes on. I’ll give your cat lots of cuddles, pets and head scratches, and play with them when they need to get some of their energy out!

About: I have had a dog almost my entire life. I love animals of all kinds and will help you out with your dog if needed. I rescued her when she was a baby and it was a long process on getting her to where she is now. She was traumatized. “We had such a great experience with Cecilia and Ethan! I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. We decided to do an initial meet-and-greet beforehand so we could get to know Cecilia and Ethan and make sure they were the right fit, and I’m so glad we did! I shared a detailed care guide with them, and they followed everything to a tee. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire trip. They also went above and beyond by taking our dogs out to the lake and even to Monterey! We received lots of photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. “I am happy we found Xiaokun. Our foster fail puppy who is a 6 month German Shepherd went to him for multiple doggy day care days and one boarding visit. She came back each time happy and tired. I really appreciated how Xiaokun followed our instructions and had great communication, especially when we boarded our pup shortly after her spay surgery. Also loved that on the doggy day care days he took our pup on awesome hikes/walks and sent pics for our peace of mind. Xiaokun has great calm energy and that definitely translated to making my pups stay a great one. Definitely recommend!”
“Divya and Shane were amazing with Baxter and their dog Yukon is a really sweet dog too. Divya and Shane were flexible and accommodating with the pickup and dropoff times. They took good care of Baxter, enquired about his schedule and made sure Baxter is comfortable in their home. Yukon tried to get Baxter to play but Baxter, being older now, did not want to play and Yukon was content with being chill and giving him space. Baxter usually is not comfortable in other’s homes but he had a good time with Divya and Shane. Would highly recommend Divya and Shane and will be definitely be leaving Baxter with them again.”

“Dana & her family were wonderful with Bentley, Dana made sure that Bentley felt very comfortable throughout his stay. Bentley enjoyed staying with Dana and her family, he enjoyed playing in the large backyard. Dana sent us pictures of Bentley periodically and kept us well updated, she also advised us when Bentley got fussy eating his dinner, etc she eventually was able to coax him to finish his dinner. We'd love to book with her in the future as well. :)”

About: Here to help, here to care, prefer other calm non shedding 25-50lb well behaved and calm dogs My intention is to offer reasonably priced care to others's dogs who worry about their pet like their own child - i feel this way about my own pet so wanted to jump in and help some one else out who has similar dogs like mine (to allow a suitable mutual match, i have strong preferences for calmer, 4-5+ aged 25-50lb female spayed dogs who will get along well with my dog and don't require excessive entertaining and minimum care. I would also need to be able to keep them contained in a large room with a pet gate / room divider at time or in a crate if they are used to it if i step away for a hour or two (at most 4 hrs). I will have cameras and bark alerting systems to monitor their wellbeing. I currently work from home 2-3 days of the week and I can be home on weekends by appointment I would host dogs who can be left home for a couple hours at a time in a contained crate / playpen to run my errands or small appointments on the weekend and weekday evenings Fenced yard, caring kid and friendly doodle at host's home, access to walking trails 2-3x a day, love spending time outdoors with dogs and playing fetch or tug rope with them
