“It was my first time leaving my dog anywhere and I was really nervous! I was being that annoying mom that would text and ask how my dog is doing and Marsha was nice and responded and sent me pictures :) I know it'll take my dog some getting used to but I am totally comfortable leaving her with Marsha again now :) ”

“Very happy repeat customer! You know they’re good when your dog jumps up and down in excitement as soon as you bring the dog bed to the car and jumps right in 😅!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Lihuan! I received daily updates about my dog, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the photos and messages that my pup was happy and well cared for. I could tell that Lihuan treated my dog like family, and I really appreciate the love and attention they provided. I highly recommend Lihuan to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Guava really enjoyed her stay with Judy and we even got some tips on training her. I have already booked another stay with Judy. We got plenty of pics and videos during the stay and I am very happy with how the reservation turned out.”

“I had the pleasure of having Siqin take care of my dog, Jack, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, she was incredibly responsive and kept me updated with plenty of pictures and videos, so I always knew Jack was in good hands. It was clear that Jack was comfortable and happy, and I loved seeing how well he got along with her. Siqin also made sure to take Jack on regular walks, which he absolutely loved. It was such a relief knowing that Jack was getting the care and attention he needed while I was away. I can't recommend her enough—she’s professional, caring, and truly passionate about pets. If you're looking for a dog sitter, Siqin is the one!”

“Nancy has great communication, sending up photos and messages during even short stays with her. We appreciate her responsiveness and flexibility!”

“Jianli & Wiena took very good care of our dog. They were very caring and took care of all her needs and send us lots of photos and videos with regular updates. We highly recommend him & will definitely use them again.”
“Lavanya is very good with dogs, and took great care of our dog. She shared multiple updates with photos and videos throughout the stay. She far exceeded our expectations, moving her schedule around to make sure that our dog got enough playtime with her dog. Would certainly go back.”

“I am happy we found Xiaokun. Our foster fail puppy who is a 6 month German Shepherd went to him for multiple doggy day care days and one boarding visit. She came back each time happy and tired. I really appreciated how Xiaokun followed our instructions and had great communication, especially when we boarded our pup shortly after her spay surgery. Also loved that on the doggy day care days he took our pup on awesome hikes/walks and sent pics for our peace of mind. Xiaokun has great calm energy and that definitely translated to making my pups stay a great one. Definitely recommend!”

“Yenju is such a terrific doggy care taker! She was so kind and patient with our dog Kip. Her communication was consistent, timely, and very honest. Furthermore- she went out of her way to listen to me explain what Kip needed to feel safe and happy while we were traveling, and she gave him healthy snacks like boiled eggs when he wouldn't eat his food! She was also punctual and very flexible when my family was coordinating pick up times. I cannot say enough nice things about Yenju and her family caring for Kip- I will definitely be booking again!! Thank you Yenju!!”

“We had such a great experience with Cecilia and Ethan! I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. We decided to do an initial meet-and-greet beforehand so we could get to know Cecilia and Ethan and make sure they were the right fit, and I’m so glad we did! I shared a detailed care guide with them, and they followed everything to a tee. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire trip. They also went above and beyond by taking our dogs out to the lake and even to Monterey! We received lots of photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs basically had a little vacation of their own! 🥹 It’s very clear that Cecilia and Ethan genuinely care about dogs and put a lot of thought into making sure they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be going with Cecilia and Ethan again the next time we need someone to care for our dogs. Highly recommend them! 🐶♥️”

“Cookie was takin in with open arms and cared for as if she was theirs. Hong provided daily updates and photos, cookie seemed very happy and way too comfortable (lol). Thats the doodle in her! Thank you again watching our pup!”

“Sriram & family are the best dog sitters we have hired on Rover. Got daily pictures of our dog with smiles on our dogs face. Our dog Dou Dou was completely relaxed and felt at home with Sriram. Highly recommend this dog sitter.”

“We boarded our German shepherd (Bentley) with Ken for nearly 2 weeks while we were out of the country. We were extremely happy with the way Ken took care of our Bentley. Ken was very professional and extremely caring towards Bentley. He was flexible with the drop-off/pick-up timings. He kept us up to date with pictures and videos almost every day :) I even had to suggest that he didn't need to send pictures & videos that often :) Bentley has made friends with Neo, which is wonderful for us coz Bentley wouldn't easily mingle with other pets. Bentley thoroughly enjoyed his stay at Ken's place! We'll definitely book with Ken in the future! :)”

“I needed last minute boarding! She always responds quickly and was happily available! King was well taken care of and happy! I received tons of pictures throughout his stay and got updates! Highly recommended!”

“Nina and Tony were absolutely incredible with our dog, Rain. From the moment we left for our trip, they made us feel completely at ease. They went above and beyond in every way possible, especially with their communication. We received frequent updates, thoughtful messages, and so many pictures and videos that we never had to wonder how Rain was doing. Finding someone you trust with your dog is difficult, but Nina and Tony exceeded every expectation we had. We came home to a happy pup! We would trust Nina and Tony with Rain again without a second thought. They are simply the best. Thank you soooooooooo much!”

“I highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for a sitter. She is very kind and friendly with dogs. Our dog is anxious in new places. Lily clearly understood her nature and took excellent care of her. This is the second time leaving our dog with her and our dog loves Lily. She sends daily updates with pictures which helped us be at ease and enjoy our vacation. Lily is the best and is one of my go to dog sitters.”

Now Ashley became a good friend of Trina.”

“Myat has done a great job on her drop in visits of my scaredy cat Hidee while I was away for 2 weeks. My cat even came out once while she was there, which is quite unusual. Myat is friendly, considerate and very easy to communicate with. Is very attentive and immediately reaches out to me for possible concerns and is very quick to respond. After each of her visits,I received detailed updates including tasks that were done and photos of them and my cat. I felt at ease with her caring for my cat. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend Myat and will definitely be seeking her services again in the future!”

“Melissa did a fantastic job taking care of my pets. She was very thorough and took care of all of their needs. I knew that my cats trusted her because they didn’t hide from her like they normally do when guests come to the house. She gave me daily updates and photos which helped ease my mind about how things were going at home. Hopefully Melissa is available the next time my family and I take a vacation because I would love to have her come back again.”

“Paige was extremely communicative, reliable and amazing! She sent update pictures for every visit and assured me that my pet bunny Luna was happy, healthy and well cared for. I was worried since most people don't have much experience with bunnies, but Paige asked thorough questions to make sure she cared for Luna in the best way possible. Would extremely recommend her!”

“Su did a fantastic job taking care of my cat for over 2 months while I was away traveling. She's been caring and communicative, and helped with errands more than just cat sitting too. Highly recommend!”

“Jill was wonderful. She was so patient with my shy cats and made sure they ate! She also cleaned up after them when they were messy. I really appreciated all the great photos. This was the first time my cats and I had a non family member take care of the cats, and Jill took care of my anxiety as well as my cats’ needs.”

“Rose was excellent! Super flexible and took good care of my 7 month old puppy. We did a meet and greet prior to her babysitting and when I brought my puppy back for sitting, he was super excited to see her! It looked like he had a blast from day care & when he came home he was so worn out lol. I’m very happy she was kind to him and kept him stimulated and entertained! Would definitely book again”

“Pallavi was very caring for Zoey. She stayed with Zoey throughout the day, slowly introduced Zoey to their golden retriever, and asked questions about Zoey to ensure the best before looking after her. Pallavi cares about the small details about your pet and was very loving with Zoey. I recommend Pallavi!”

“I feel very lucky to have found and engaged Ram and Jaya for doggie day care. They are nice people with big hearts for dogs: it was clear throughout our interactions that they understood and focused on my senior dog's needs. They took the time to get to know her, and made sure that they could provide a safe and comfortable place for her to stay while I attended an event. Their home is uncluttered with a lovely backyard; plenty of space for doggie movements. Communication was prompt, clear and helpful. I hope to contact them again for future needs.”
About: I've been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember and truly enjoy spending time with them. Whether it's going for walks, playtime, feeding, or giving plenty of love and attention, I make sure every pup feels safe, happy, and comfortable. I also have experience with basic obedience training and understand the importance of keeping a consistent routine. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member. I'll treat your dog like one of my own and provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. If dogs could leave reviews, mine would definitely give me **two paws up!** 🐾 As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I’m able to provide plenty of attention, care, and quality time for your pup throughout the day. Your dog will receive lots of love, supervision, playtime, and cuddles in a calm and caring home environment. I also have a very flexible schedule and am generally available any day of the week for boarding or daycare. I have a very friendly and patient golden retriever of my own that will keep your dog company. We live right near a wonderful park which would be perfect to walk your dog and let him/her play. Your dog will be super pampered with lots of love and cuddles.
About: We’ve had pets all our lives. Currently, we have two cats. For the most part, someone is always WFH. The only day one of us isn’t WFH is Thursday. If we know early enough, we can flex our schedules if any sitting is needed on Thursday. We’ve watched bunnies, cats, and dogs for friends/family including giving medication. We have had no aggression from our pets with the pets we’ve watched. We have a second room(atm being used as an office/guest room), so if you want your pet separate from ours pets, that is something we can accommodate. For dogs during boarding, our household prefers dogs that tend to ignore our cats. Also, we have a preference for senior dogs since they tend to be low energy and do not require long walks to use the restroom. For cats, we have experience with all kinds of energy and ages. If you have a cat with a lot of energy, our Taro girl has shown that she loves playing with all the energetic kitties and helps them come out of their shell. However, both our cats can adapt to senior cats as they both love to lounge. We are willing to negotiate our prices if you believe your pet to be low maintenance or if for example doggy daycare, your pet would be with us for less than 7 hours. Just ask and we can see what we can do during the meet and greet. There is usually always someone at home except Thursday. If you need sitting help on a Thursday, reach out early and we can see about flexing our WFH schedule for that week. One of us is a morning person and the other an evening person in case you have a pet with a weird schedule. We ask for a clear schedule such as when to walk and feed and follow it. This information will always vary depending on the pet or even if they are on medication. For all pets, we’ve given them some space, especially from our pets and seen if they can interact or not depending on what their owners want. We also try to incorporate playtime if they want that.

About: We have shared our home with dogs and cats for over 30 years. For more than two decades, we've served as a foster home for Furry Friends Rescue, caring for dogs and cats of every age, breed, temperament, and medical need while they waited for their forever homes. That kind of fostering means we've handled it all: bottle-feeding newborn kittens, house-training anxious rescue puppies, managing senior pets with arthritis or special diets, and giving extra patience to animals recovering from neglect or trauma. We know how to read an animal's body language, spot early signs something's wrong, and adjust our approach to fit each pet's personality rather than expecting them to adjust to us. We no longer have pets of our own, which means your pet gets our full attention, energy, and home, without competing with a resident dog or cat for space or affection. Our house is calm, comfortable, and set up for animals to feel safe. We do still have foster cats that are friendly with other animals. Whether your pet needs a quiet, structured routine, extra TLC, or just an experienced hand who won't be fazed by anything, we've likely already seen it and handled it with care. Pet care isn't squeezed into our schedule, it is our schedule. Both of us are home full-time, with no kids and no pets of our own, so your dog(s) or cat(s) gets our undivided attention rather than fitting in around a job or a household routine. With two of us in the home, we can cover any schedule your animal needs, whether that's specific feeding times, medication a few times a day, or simply consistent company and playtime throughout the day. If one of us needs to step out, the other is always here, so your cat is never left alone for long. We're also equipped for whatever the situation calls for. We have crates and carriers on hand, and a large SUV if transport is ever needed, whether that's a vet visit, a pickup or drop-off, or anything else that comes up. Because we no longer have pets of our own, your cat isn't sharing our time, space, or attention with a resident animal. Our days are genuinely built around being available and present, which is exactly the kind of routine that comes from over 20 years of fostering. We own our home, which includes a large fenced yard and patio, giving pets plenty of safe space to run, play, and explore outside. We have no neighboring animals, so there are no surprise fence-line encounters or added stress from unfamiliar pets nearby. For dogs, we get outside for walks every day, rain or shine, so your pet stays on their normal exercise routine even while away from home. Indoors, pets have the run of a calm, comfortable home rather than being confined to one room. We tailor our approach to each animal's personality, whether that means a structured routine, extra quiet time, or simply consistent companionship throughout the day. For longer stays we can send pictures too. We have an established relationship with our own veterinarian and are comfortable handling special needs animals, including pets on medication schedules, seniors with mobility or dietary needs, or animals recovering from illness or injury. This comes directly from over 20 years of fostering through Furry Friends Rescue, where we regularly cared for animals with medical or behavioral needs that required extra attention and consistency. Whatever the service, boarding, drop-in visits, or house sitting, your pet gets a safe, secure environment, plenty of space, and two experienced caregivers who know how to watch for and respond to their individual needs.
“Leo had a fantastic daycare stay with Shital! She loved and cared for him like family, and he came home happy and totally relaxed. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an stress-free pup care experience.”

About: Dogs make my heart happy, and so do cats! :) I loved the times that I got to spend and care for my beloved Moki who went to heaven in Dec. 2023. I miss her every single day. I work as a substitute teacher and painting instructor, which provides me with a flexible schedule to pursue my hobbies and interests. One of my passions in life is dogs. I volunteer with Pets in Need by participating in their Doggy Day Out program. Back in high school, I was voted Most Dependable, and I believe I still hold that title dear to heart whether it's with family, work, friends, and clients. I would do my best to make sure your furry best friend gets lots of pets, play, and potty breaks. :) My schedule is pretty flexible since I work as a substitute teacher and painting instructor. I can easily block off dates so that I can be available. In the summer time, I also work as a summer camp art counselor. I have updated my schedule with the dates that I’m available. :) I know what it's like to have someone reliable and trustworthy to care for your furry best friend. I know that you can depend on me because I will love and care for your pet as if she/he's my own.
About: Loving & Experienced Dog Care in a One-Dog-Only Home I grew up in a dog-loving home where we took in stray dogs and gave them the love and care they deserved. Over the years, I’ve cared for more than 10 dogs—puppies, seniors, and even sick dogs—so I understand the unique needs of dogs at every life stage. To me, dogs aren’t just pets—they’re family. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they eat well, get plenty of exercise, rest comfortably, and feel safe and happy. Here’s what your pup can expect in my care: 🐾 Meals – I’ll follow your feeding instructions with the food you provide. 🐾 Play & Walks – Outdoor time every 4 hours to stretch, sniff, and enjoy the fresh air. 🐾 Cozy Sleep – A clean, comfy dog bed just for them. 🐾 Updates – I’ll send real-time photos and videos, so you can check in anytime. 🐾 Special Needs – Whether it’s medication, a special diet, or extra playtime, I’m happy to accommodate. To give every dog the best care and attention, I only host one dog at a time. Your pup will get all the love and care they deserve in a safe and stress-free environment. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend—feel free to reach out with any questions! I spend most of my weekdays at home reading and taking online courses, which gives me plenty of time to care for your dog. Your pup will have my full attention, ensuring they get the love, exercise, and companionship they need throughout the day. On weekends, my almost two-year-old daughter is home, and my husband and I love taking her out to burn off some energy. Your dog will be part of our little family adventures, just like a second baby to us! We usually visit different parks, giving them plenty of fresh air, exercise, and new experiences. Daily Schedule for Your Pup if Boarding ⏰ Morning: Wake-up, potty break, and breakfast 🐾 Mid-Morning: Playtime, walk, or outdoor break 🛏 Noon: Relaxing time or nap in a cozy space 🐕 Afternoon: Another outdoor break and playtime 🍽 Evening: Dinner followed by a short walk/outdoor break in backyard 🌙 Night: Wind-down time and final potty break before bed Let me know if your pup has a specific schedule or needs! I live in a 2B2B house with a fenced backyard. The fence height is confirmed to be tall enough to prevent dogs from jumping out. Dogs are welcome in every space of the house. There is air conditioning in the summer, heating in the winter, an air purifier indoors, and I provide filtered water for dogs to drink.

About: I have a dog who is my whole entire world. I have always loved and cared for dogs and cats. Have done pet sitting for friends and family for the past 5 years I am currently in college and taking hybrid classes so I free 80% of the week. I am more than willing to discuss schedules and times. I like in an apartment with a small back porch but also a lot of grass and space around my apartment complex. I have a small maltipoo to keep your babies company. I can easily crate your baby if needed.
“Lauren was great with walking my dog. They made sure he got water breaks, sent updates and pictures after each walk. They were also available to extend the walk to an hour and for a super last minute booking, so I totally appreciate the flexibility. Thank you Lauren!”

About: I’ve always had my own pets including dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs and fish. I’m experienced with house sitting and dog walking for dogs through out my teen and college years. I took a break post college while working at a shelter for women and children and then attorney represented bodily injury claims. I recently resigned my corporate insurance job and have been pursuing my stained glass small business and my passion for animals. I've been volunteering at the shelter as dog walker and started riding horses again. I'm available currently every day of the week and weekends. I live very close to the Fremont Hub. I can feed, walk, brush, love, and provide any special cares for your fur babies! I don’t mind just hanging out with your pet while you’re away for work or vacation. I'm currently self-employed as an artist and am available any day of the week and weekends and can be available as well on shore notice! I have a fenced in patio and catio for our 4 cats. They are primarily indoors and go outside supervised. In your own home, I will ensure your pet remains safe and indoors. If you have an indoor pet only, they will remain inside at all times. I will treat your pet as if they're my own pet with love and above and beyond care to ensure they feel safe and trust me.
About: I’m not just a pet sitter — I’m a true dog lover who understands the patience, care, and consistency it takes to make pups feel happy and secure. I’ve raised my own puppy from the start, learning firsthand how to train basic obedience commands and encourage good habits through positive reinforcement. I love spending time with dogs — whether it’s playing fetch, going for long walks, or just giving them the attention they deserve. I treat every dog I care for like my own, making sure they feel loved, safe, and well-exercised. You can count on me to be friendly, reliable, and trustworthy while helping your dog stay active, happy, and well-behaved! I am currently working with my company WFH and have flexibility of making my own hours. Weekends Tuesday, Thursday and Friday work best. But if I have 1 weeks notices whole week can work just need prior notice. Pets are welcome to be at our place. I have a 1 year old puppy at my place if not I am available to be at clients place. I live in 2 bed room apartment fenced long back patio. My dog is well behaved and house trained and loves dog company. I live very close to the beach 3 minutes walk and large grass areas around for pet to be relived. I have a large crate at home just in case clients need and dont need to get their own. I will be able to dog on regular potty breaks. Walk your dog separately so they can get all the attention they deserve while dog walks.

“Nathasa was great! First time booking her for our little guy. She picked up and dropped off. Kept us up to date as well. Our little guy sure did enjoy Nathasa’s company. Definitely will rebook for future needs. Thank you!”

“Very happy repeat customer! You know they’re good when your dog jumps up and down in excitement as soon as you bring the dog bed to the car and jumps right in 😅!”

“Pallavi and Rachit were incredibly caring in looking after Zoey. They went above and beyond in taking care of her. If you're looking for someone who will truly care for your pet, going beyond just the basic needs, they are absolutely wonderful. Pallavi paid close attention to even the smallest details about my poodle. She made sure to understand Zoey’s schedule, routine, and how comfortable she is around other dogs and people. Their dog, Luna, is also very friendly and sweet. Pallavi frequently sent me updates and photos, which gave me a lot of reassurance. They spent genuine quality time with Zoey, really getting to know her. Even when Zoey had an injury, they cared for her so well and kept me updated throughout. Pallavi truly went the extra mile- gradually introducing Zoey to Luna, asking before giving her snacks, setting up a comfortable space for her in their home, and giving her so much love and attention. I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“Chen took excellent care of our lab, took her on regular walks and had a fun time with her dog eleven. She communicates very well and kept us updated on how our dog was dog via text and pictures.”

“Shruti and her husband were great sitters for my dog. Timely communication, very accommodating on some last minute changes and overall great experience. Koko seemed to have enjoyed his stay. The house has a massive backyard and makes for a great space for dogs big and small to play. They were detailed in their intake of information about the dog. Overall recommend and will use their boarding again.”

“Elise accommodated our Daisy at a very last minute request during a long holiday weekend. She was very professional and her communications along with daily update with pictures and videos were excellent.”

About: I have been taking care of pets basically all my life, at my grandma house we use to have a lot of animals, and she taught me the love that they need and now I want to keep sharing that love. I’m a staying at home mom for now so I have most of the time free to play with animals, give them love and take care of them. At my house we have plenty of space where they can stay and play and where I’m able to take care of them all the time
“Kristy was prompt, kind and asked relevant questions at the meet and greet with our 6 year old shepherd/collie mix. She hosted our dog for the weekend and shared photos and videos of their time together. The weekend seems to have gone well. Kristy was also quick to respond through the app over the weekend and was flexible with drop off/pick up times. We would definitely have Kristy dog sit Moka again.”

About: Here to help, here to care, prefer other calm non shedding 25-50lb well behaved and calm dogs My intention is to offer reasonably priced care to others's dogs who worry about their pet like their own child - i feel this way about my own pet so wanted to jump in and help some one else out who has similar dogs like mine (to allow a suitable mutual match, i have strong preferences for calmer, 4-5+ aged 25-50lb female spayed dogs who will get along well with my dog and don't require excessive entertaining and minimum care. I would also need to be able to keep them contained in a large room with a pet gate / room divider at time or in a crate if they are used to it if i step away for a hour or two (at most 4 hrs). I will have cameras and bark alerting systems to monitor their wellbeing. I currently work from home 2-3 days of the week and I can be home on weekends by appointment I would host dogs who can be left home for a couple hours at a time in a contained crate / playpen to run my errands or small appointments on the weekend and weekday evenings Fenced yard, caring kid and friendly doodle at host's home, access to walking trails 2-3x a day, love spending time outdoors with dogs and playing fetch or tug rope with them

“We cannot thank Louis & Susan enough for taking such wonderful care of our Hazel! We had a busy family-packed holiday weekend with unexpected changes and they treated us with kindness, were accommodating with the changing plans, and extremely communicative. Throughout the stay, it was clear that they are knowledgeable, experienced, and truly passionate about animals. Our furbaby was happy, relaxed, and well cared for the entire time. We would recommend Louis & Susan in a heartbeat and look forward to booking with them again in the future!”
