I was honestly a little nervous at first since I had never used Rover before or had strangers care for our dogs, especially since one of our dogs requires daily medication. We decided to do an initial meet-and-greet beforehand so we could get to know Cecilia and Ethan and make sure they were the right fit, and I’m so glad we did! I shared a detailed care guide with them, and they followed everything to a tee. They were incredibly responsible, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire trip. They also went above and beyond by taking our dogs out to the lake and even to Monterey! We received lots of photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs basically had a little vacation of their own! 🥹 It’s very clear that Cecilia and Ethan genuinely care about dogs and put a lot of thought into making sure they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. About: I have experience in taking care of cats and dogs for my friends and family. I have a Persian cat and I have been living with him for 3 years. I am currently doing it for part-time. My time is relatively flexible. I will be available in weekdays more. Sometimes weekend works too with earlier appointments. I love playing and talking with them like a friend. Sometimes they would ask for pat or hug and my cat does, but I would be more careful with my friends’ pets. I love giving them treats when playing. But my cat doesn’t like treats haha.

“I am happy we found Xiaokun. Our foster fail puppy who is a 6 month German Shepherd went to him for multiple doggy day care days and one boarding visit. She came back each time happy and tired. I really appreciated how Xiaokun followed our instructions and had great communication, especially when we boarded our pup shortly after her spay surgery. Also loved that on the doggy day care days he took our pup on awesome hikes/walks and sent pics for our peace of mind. Xiaokun has great calm energy and that definitely translated to making my pups stay a great one. Definitely recommend!”

They took good care of Baxter, enquired about his schedule and made sure Baxter is comfortable in their home. Yukon tried to get Baxter to play but Baxter, being older now, did not want to play and Yukon was content with being chill and giving him space. Baxter usually is not comfortable in other’s homes but he had a good time with Divya and Shane. Would highly recommend Divya and Shane and will be definitely be leaving Baxter with them again.”
