“Janine and her family were so welcoming and their home and yards are safe and awesome! I needed to board my Aussie a couple of days before needing to leave for a family emergency. Janine responded quickly and we scheduled a time for me and my dog to visit to make sure it’d be a good fit. She and her teen kids each took a dog and me and my dog for a walk around the block, then they opened up their home to me to show me how my dog would live when boarded. They showed me the white board where they write down the dogs diets and schedule and sent me updates and photos. I really appreciated that. It was a lot of effort on their part! MengChen was absolutely amazing with my senior dog! She and her husband took exceptional care of him and treated him like one of their own. Our dog has a few medical needs and requires medication at regular intervals. MengChen went above and beyond by finding a treat he loved so that taking his medicine was easy and stress-free. She also kept us updated regularly, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. The best part was seeing how happy and comfortable our dog was in their home. Nina and Tony were absolutely incredible with our dog, Rain. From the moment we left for our trip, they made us feel completely at ease. They went above and beyond in every way possible, especially with their communication. We received frequent updates, thoughtful messages, and so many pictures and videos that we never had to wonder how Rain was doing. Finding someone you trust with your dog is difficult, but Nina and Tony exceeded every expectation we had. We came home to a happy pup! My husband and I were here on a RV camping trip across the country. We wanted to board our puppy for a couple of days when we knew we would be out all day sightseeing and found the Rover app. Marsha in Fremont CA took such great care of our Daisy. She kept in touch with us and sent pictures. We would definitely bring Daisy to Marsha again if we are in the area in the future.
Sasha (Alexandra) and her family really loved on my baby while my family was away on vacation. It always gives me slight anxiety to leave him behind and having someone like her show attention and care in the ways she did makes things much easier while I’m gone. She communicated regularly, sent pictures and videos daily which helps when I’m missing him. We were lucky to find her without a lot of notice and to be able to enjoy our vacation.
We absolutely loved Shaira! She was able to help us with a last-minute booking, which we were incredibly grateful for. From the start, she was kind, attentive, and communicative. We recently booked Savita to care for our dog Ayra. Since the time I requested the booking Savita and her husband were both super communicative. They made sure we had a meet and greet before we finalize them as Ayra’s caregiver. The way they introduced Ayra to their dogs and the way they made Ayra comfortable around themselves speaks about how much they care. From drop off to pick up Savita was always in touch with us and super quick with her response. Ayra came home happy and tired. We will definitely have Ayra board with them again.
This was our first time with our dog staying overnight somewhere so we were a little apprehensive, but Janine made us feel at ease by giving us a tour of her house and how well she cares for her dogs. Maple also gets to play with other dogs so she loves staying there.
Wonderful first experience! Phina was thoughtful, communicative, punctual, and clearly very experienced with dogs. We really appreciated the regular picture updates, attention to safety and well-being, and how accurately she set expectations throughout the stay.
