Hi! My name is Tara and I have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for animals. I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have experience with all life stages — from newborns, energetic puppies and to senior dogs that need a little extra patience and care. Friends and family have always trusted me with their pets while they travel or need a reliable sitter, and providing safe, loving care has become second nature to me. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. My home is fully fenced and includes multiple gated areas so dogs can safely play, relax, or be separated if needed. If your dog prefers their own space or doesn’t get along with other animals, that can easily be accommodated. Sanitized crates are available if necessary. For everyone’s safety and cleanliness, my home is sanitized after every single boarding or daycare stay, including all indoor/outdoor areas, toys, bedding, and food bowls. I closely supervise the dogs at all times and also have security cameras in place for added safety. I will always send photos and videos so you can stay updated and feel confident that your pet is being well cared for. Dogs are walked twice daily (morning and evening), and feeding is typically done morning and evening as well (around 6–7pm). Please provide your dog’s food and let me know if they have a specific schedule or routine — I’m happy to accommodate as long as it’s communicated ahead of time. My goal is to create a safe, structured, and loving environment where your dog feels comfortable while you’re away.

Tara was awesome ! She took care of Simba really well, even prepared food for him. She gave him nice bath and dried him up to be picked back home. We are happy with overall experience and will be re-booking in future.
Tara is very easy to communicate with. She sends update pics for our dog mornings and evenings. Our dog seems happy at her place. We will book her again if we need help with our dog.

Tara isreally sweet and a great communicator. I received regular updates on my pup. I tasked her with giving regular medication and everything went smoothly. He looked relaxed which was a relief while I was away for the holiday.

A typical day
During boardings and daycare I provide interactive toys to keep you’re pups brain sharp and his days interesting, playing fetch/tug, walks in the beautiful neighborhood of Mission San Jose or a local trail, I also own a shallow kiddy pool that the pups love to splash around in especially on hot days.
