“Janine and her family were so welcoming and their home and yards are safe and awesome! I needed to board my Aussie a couple of days before needing to leave for a family emergency. Janine responded quickly and we scheduled a time for me and my dog to visit to make sure it’d be a good fit. She and her teen kids each took a dog and me and my dog for a walk around the block, then they opened up their home to me to show me how my dog would live when boarded. They showed me the white board where they write down the dogs diets and schedule and sent me updates and photos. I really appreciated that. It was a lot of effort on their part! My dog has a torn ACL and safety was a priority. Chase came back tired, happy, and healthy. I know he had a lot of fun. Thanks Janine, until next time!”

“Nancy have excellent communication. She sent us photos during our dog's stay as well as updates. We had some daycare stays prior to our long trip and Nancy was very flexible and helpful in planning these and helping our dog be comfortable away from home. We have a high energy dog and Nancy took him for daily walks to keep up with his routine. We are so thankful that he has a home away from home with Nancy and her family. Highly recommend!”

“Elise is absolutely amazing!! We’ve used her a couple times now to watch my pups. One of my dogs has a little bit of anxiety but is super friendly and loving otherwise. Elise spends the time to make her feel comfortable and is very good about sending updates regarding the dog’s schedule and photos. She makes sure the dogs get playtime and rest time and my girls always come back safe and happy. 10/10 recommended!”

“Our dog Rocket stayed with Hua for 5 nights when we went on vacation. Rocket is a rescue and has separation issues. This was the first time we were boarding him. So we were very anxious. Hua put as at ease right from the meet and greet. She has a huge yard for the dogs to run around. She sent lots of pictures everyday and Rocket was smiling in every single one of them. She also took him on long walks and even groomed him with a furminator to keep nice and clean. Rocket made lots of canine friends during his stay. Hua monitors the temperament of dogs and separates them into groups that play well together. She will be our go-to sitter whenever she is available. Highly recommend.”

“This is Uno's first time boarding at someone else's home, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found Jie. Uno tends to be sensitive to changes in his environment, but he quickly found comfort at Jie's place. During his stay, Jie ensured Uno received plenty of walks and exercise, and kept me informed with regular messages and photos.”

She checked with me before giving him something other than his regular treats. I really appreciated that. She was honest and if something didn’t seem right, she followed up with me. I would definitely recommend Gabrielle and Raul. Spurgeon can be a handful and I’m thankful they were patient with him.”

“Ugh Victoria was a doll! It was my first time using Rover after moving to the Bay. And I was so nervous - he’s never stayed overnight with non-family/friends. Victoria took him right in! She sent various videos/photos of my old man while I was out, and it made me feel so calm that he had both her son and her pups engaging with him throughout his stay. After getting him back, Scrappy was in his normal energy, sleep/eat cycles and behavior so I know she brought him in like one of her own. Happy to say I found my official dog sitter! ??”

“Diola is fantastic!!! I've used around 20 different Rovers and she is by far one of the best. She watched Buddy for over a week and she sent daily updates and pictures. Her family took great care of and adored our beloved Corgi. Diola even gave Buddy a bath and he came home smelling better than he ever has in his life! We were thoroughly impressed and it seems like Buddy even misses her. We will definitely be reserving her again. Highly, highly recommend.”

“We book last min booking with Mei for our dog Ace. both Mei and her husband were very attentive of our baby Ace. He is definitely not that easy to take care of if he is not at our house. She updated us with pictures everyday. Ace destroyed the window blind but they didn’t get mad and were willing to work with us on the solution. We will definitely book with them again if they be willing to take in Ace again.”
