We had some daycare stays prior to our long trip and Nancy was very flexible and helpful in planning these and helping our dog be comfortable away from home. “Wei, you are a light in the dark my friend! This was my first time meeting Wei and a first for my dog meeting him. Wei has the sweetest dogs and cats! The time my dog was able to spend with Wei was some of the best time spent possible! He had a friend to keep him entertained and had plenty of walks together. Wei is an incredibly detailed-oriented person and will follow your instructions closely and keep your concerns in mind. No need to be a helicopter parent either it felt like I got to see pictures of my boy regularly throughout the day. Wei was also open to doing one last walk with my dog and I as a 'see you later' walk and we had a lovely conversation about our doggies! Much love Wei! So happy I had the pleasure to meet you 🙂❤️”
