“This experience was so great that we had to both write our own little snippet: As a pup parent, my anxiety is almost constantly through the roof. Our experience with the standard daycare/pet hotels have been so traumatizing. Summer's first day at daycare, she ended up coming home with a broken leg. So when we had to find a last minute sitter for her, I was extrememly hesitant ( I actually considered canceling the trip). Luckily, the universe brought us Eline and Rob. The minute we met Eline and Roxie (their adorable pupper) at the front porch, it was like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. They immediately vibed! They made sure that Summer was welcomed with loving and careful arms. Roxie was a great companion for our little attention seeking girl. This was legitimately the first trip where I had full peace of mind and it was all because of Eline, Rob, and Roxie (and their kitty who also made Summer feel at home). To sum things up, they are professional, experienced, and genuinely cared for Summer's well being. We will definitely be bookmarking them for our future puppy sitting needs. I can't thank you all enough for giving me the chance to enjoy time away without having to worry about my little baby. Happy holidays! -Mom Eline and Rob were absolutely amazing! She was patient, accommodating and reassured us with a tour of her lovely home in advance where our dog had the time of his life! He made great friends and her experienced care gave our dog a wonderful environment to learn and play even when we were away from him. “Ugh Victoria was a doll! It was my first time using Rover after moving to the Bay. And I was so nervous - he’s never stayed overnight with non-family/friends. Victoria took him right in! She sent various videos/photos of my old man while I was out, and it made me feel so calm that he had both her son and her pups engaging with him throughout his stay. After getting him back, Scrappy was in his normal energy, sleep/eat cycles and behavior so I know she brought him in like one of her own. Happy to say I found my official dog sitter! ??”
