I have to say, Katelyn is truly the best Rover sitter I could have ever asked for. She was the first person I found on the app, and honestly, she will probably be the last because I can’t imagine finding anyone better. She is incredibly thoughtful, gentle, and caring. Before even coming to your home, she takes the time to ask about every detail, including any special instructions and your pet’s care routine. When she visits, she spends a lot of time making sure every aspect of your pet’s care is taken care of. What impressed me most is that even with things you may not think to mention, she notices them herself and takes care of every little detail perfectly. You can genuinely feel how much care and love she puts into what she does just from the way she communicates and writes her visit updates. She makes you feel completely at ease while you’re away, because you know your pet is being cared for with the same attention and affection as if they were part of her own family.(she even cleaned up my messy room for my cupid 😻) Katelyn is incredibly responsible, warm, attentive, and professional. I feel extremely lucky to have found her, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more.

Xueying took excellent care of our cat, Leia, and we had a wonderful experience with her. She was dependable, attentive, and kept us well informed throughout each visit. She made an extra effort to keep Leia comfortable and engaged, even bringing along toys for them to play with. Leia warmed up to her very quickly, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We would be happy to have Xueying care for Leia regularly and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and trustworthy pet sitter.

This was our first time using Rover to find someone to check in on, feed, and care for our cat, Potato, while we were traveling outside the country for two weeks. We were a little nervous leaving him for that long, but Chenqi (and her husband, Zhaohan) made the entire experience easy and worry-free. Every day, they arrived reliably, fed Potato, cleaned his litter box, refreshed his water, and even spent time playing with him so he wouldn't feel so lonely while we were away. It was clear they genuinely cared about his well-being and weren't just stopping by to complete a checklist. Chenqi and Zhaohan were also excellent communicators. They kept us updated with messages and photos (which were great because we missed seeing Potato more with each passing day), paid close attention to Potato's behavior, and even alerted us when they noticed a small change in his appearance. They also kept us informed about his litter box habits, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Their attentiveness made it clear they were truly looking out for him, not just completing the basics. Since this was the first time we'd ever been away from Potato for this long, we were especially anxious during the first few days of our trip. Chenqi and Zhaohan quickly put those worries to rest. Knowing they have cats of their own made it even more reassuring—they clearly understand cats and treated Potato with the same love and care they would give their own. We wouldn't hesitate to book Chenqi and Zhaohan again. Having such trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable sitters means we can travel in the future knowing Potato is in excellent hands. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pet sitters.

Starla is my hero. Thank you for coming to my rescue when the original plan didn't worked out. She's a lifesaver. She communicated with me & sent pictures on a daily basis. Can see she's a dog person, definitely will recommend her & I'll use her service in the future.

Tianying is easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond. Our cat needs medicine daily for diabetes, and we came home to a happy cat with good blood sugar level

She’s a caring cat mom. Unlike some sitters using with their phones all the time while visiting, she spent quality time with my boy, soothing, combing, playing with him. I can tell she’s genuinely loved spending time with my cat.

Jinhao was a pleasure to work with! He is very easy to communicate with and very responsive, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. He arrived right on time and it’s obvious he has a lot of experience and a genuine love for animals. My cat Sumo took to him almost immediately! Jinhao took care of all the essentials: feeding, fresh water, and scooping the litter, and also spent quality time playing with Sumo. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in such good hands. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future.

I would highly recommend Zhengjun when considering someone to take care of your pet. Zhengjun stepped up and took over for my original sitter when that arrangement didn’t work out properly. Without Zhengjun’s assistance we would have been in a real predicament. So thank you Zhengjun for stepping up and saving the day!!

Alex took care of our kitties while we were out of town, and she was great! She was communicative and shared photos every day. We were even shocked that she was able to snag photos of our very shy cats. We definitely recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs!

Maryam was incredibly attentive and caring during the holidays. She visited Dora every day, spent time playing with her, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. She even helped groom Dora and brush her fur, which I really appreciated. It was very reassuring to know that Dora was getting not just food and basic care, but also attention and companionship while we were away.
