Katelyn is a superstar sitter! It’s hard to come by sitters that go above and beyond than what we ask of them and that is her. You can 100% put your whole trust in her with your fur babies. She follows all of the instructions given and follows up on them. She also cleaned up our house and now I can come back and just relax. I also got daily updates and report cards and I was able to go on my trip and relax knowing that my baby was in great hands. Katelyn is the only sitter I will be booking because she was that amazing! Katelyn went way above and beyond when taking care of my cat for two days! She gave so much love to Diamond, fed him, played with him, and even washed his food bowls! I came home to a happy cat and I would definitely rebook Katelyn again.

I honestly didn’t know if I could trust anyone with them. But Katelyn completely changed that for me. Communication She was amazing from the start. Before the visits she asked all the right questions, learned about my cats, their habits, and how my home is set up. While I was away (in a totally different time zone), she always told me when she was on the way, and after each visit she sent detailed updates with lots of clear photos. Those pictures weren’t just proof, they really showed how much attention she gave. Every message felt thoughtful and personal, and it gave me so much peace of mind. Care Katelyn did everything: cleaned litter boxes, washed bowls, refreshed food and water, kept the space tidy, and made sure the cats had playtime and treats. What blew me away was how quickly my cats warmed up to her. They’re usually very shy, but they went to her almost right away. Seeing my cats actually playing with someone new — that was a first, and it meant so much to me. Other Honestly, Katelyn gave me more than I expected. If you’re hoping for good care, she’ll give you great care. If you’re expecting fine, she’ll give you fantastic care. Her passion and responsibility really shine through, and it’s clear she treats your pets as if they were her own. I came back to happy, relaxed cats and a clean home, and I can’t thank her enough. Katelyn is truly one of a kind. She came by to care for our dog, Lina, and even though some unexpected and unfortunate circumstances came up during her visit, she handled everything with such grace and kindness. Instead of focusing on herself, she still went out of her way to thank me for the opportunity to take care of Lina. That level of selflessness and genuine compassion is rare to find. It’s so clear that Katelyn has a true heart of gold and an incredible love for animals. She not only gave Lina the care and attention she needed, but also gave me complete peace of mind knowing my pup was in such caring hands. I can’t recommend her highly enough — if you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own, Katelyn is the perfect choice.

This is our very first experience with Rover, and it couldn’t have been better all thanks to Katelyn! She is one of the most passionate pet lovers that we have ever met. She treated our cat like her own and always went the extra mile. For example, we only asked her to refill the water fountain, but she completely cleaned the fountain after noticing some gem buildup in it during one of the visits. Furthermore, she also gave us valuable advices such as to set up a bird feeder to keep our cat entertained while we are away. Therefore, Katelyn is definitely our go-to pet sitter in the future!
