Shaira kindly agreed to board my Malshi when a previous sitter cancelled on us a night before my work trip. Before finalizing the stay, Shaira was extremely communicative as we worked out the details of Sophie’s care plan to make sure that she would be a good fit for my dog. For the duration of Sophie’s stay, Shaira was extremely mindful of Sophie’s routine and her special needs as a senior dog prone to anxiety and accidents. She sent photos and videos multiple times a day where Sophie seemed her usual happy self, fully adjusted to her temporary home. Jack and Angel are amazing! They are parents themselves to 3 cute doggos and they provide full access to their large home with a big backyard (complete with a dog door). They are thoughtful and attentive and very responsive. Our pup had a wonderful time staying in their home. Highly recommend!
I cannot express enough how grateful we are for Sasha’s exceptional care of our dog, Casper, while we were out of the country for 8 days. From the moment we met Sasha, it was clear that she is not just a dog sitter, she is a true animal lover who treats every pet like her own. Throughout our trip, we received regular updates and adorable pictures of Casper, which gave us so much peace of mind. Whether it was a quick walk in the park or relaxing on the couch, we could see how happy and relaxed he was under Sasha's care. It was clear that she was giving him plenty of love, attention, and exercise. She even took him on walks everyday, which he absolutely loved! We would absolutely love to have Sasha take care of Casper again in the future.
Yaamini felt so at home and comfortable with Prachi, her husband, and Rio. Prachi and her husband took great care of her, very conscientious of her care profile, and it was truly her home away from home. We also received constant photo and video updates to let us know she was doing well. Yaamini also had a blast with her sweet new friend Rio! Highly recommend, and would certainly go with Prachi again.
