I realized my love of dogs late in life, but I’ve made up for it! I became a full-time rescue volunteer for stray dogs. Within 8 years, I lovingly fostered more than 80 dogs, and helped every one of them find their forever family. It’s an incredibly rewarding work, and dog sitting is another way I could give back to my community through my love of dogs. I have a German Shepherd, Bonnie. Most of my foster dogs have been Formosa Mountain Dogs, a mixed breed from Taiwan. I have fostered more than 60 of them as of 2025! I've also fostered dogs from Korea and local surrenders, another words, I am very familiar with skittish rescue dogs that needs special attention. My own dog, Bonnies helps me care for all the dogs in our home. I am home throughout the day working with my own dog, foster dogs as well as my boarding/day care clients, so I get to spend lots of time on loving each dog! I treat every single dog as if it was my own, see for yourself from the nearly 300 five stars ⭐️ reviews. My house is in Fremont in the Chadbourne Elementary area. When I’m not playing with pooches, I like to cook for my family, take Zumba or Kickboxing classes. I look forward to meeting you and your dog. Great dog sitting experience
Wonderful first experience! Phina was thoughtful, communicative, punctual, and clearly very experienced with dogs. We really appreciated the regular picture updates, attention to safety and well-being, and how accurately she set expectations throughout the stay. Millie was very well cared for, and we felt completely comfortable the entire time. Would absolutely book again!
I’m convinced that Phina is the best Rover and general pet caretaker in the Bay Area. She rescues many animals and is amazing at taking care of each and every one of them. Very responsive, sends great updates and photos and has wonderful and helpful tips and guides. Our dog was so happy to interact and play with the other dogs under Phina’s care. Highly recommend Phina!

What really stood out was how thoughtful she was. Not only did she provide excellent doggy day care, but she also surprised my dog with toys, which absolutely made his day!
Phina has taking care of dogs down to an efficient system. I never doubted our dog was safely contained. She is certain to show you how well containment is ensured for the dog escape artists out there. Your dog is most likely getting their entertainments worth in her care. I know Phina genuinely cares for people and cares for dogs. She has many dogs in her care and she does an excellent job of managing them all. Phina is incredibly communicative and clear about her schedule and needs. She also left us two gifts which is more than generous. She will send about a dozen photos per day, some not even of your dog. If you're looking for that care and devotion to be spent specifically on your dog, your baby, your sweetheart I wouldn't go here. This place is great for the entertainment of the masses, but struggles in the individual attention to your dog. That said, your dog will be safe, your dog will be exercised, you will get along with Phina, and it will be efficient.

Schedule
Potty break is every three hours outside of the house for 20 minutes supervised. Lots of fun and play. I normally do not walk my dogs outside of my house for safety concerns, but if you would like to specially request for me to walk them, it could be arranged
