“There hasn't ever been an issue with Marsha and I have used her dozens of times. I love to take my dog(s) with me but sometimes she is just better off in one place vs. trying to keep up with our adventures. We use time with Marsha as my dog's vacation time to be in a home with other loving dogs and humans! My dog comes back missing us BUT totally adjusted. When Marsha comes to pick up my dog(s) - I foster dogs sometimes so I have sometimes more than 1- my dog RUNS to her without any hesitation. There is no regret and my dog LOVES her. FYI: During COVID-19, she wears a mask and can do a touchless pick up/drop off. She is all about safety.”

“Nancy have excellent communication. She sent us photos during our dog's stay as well as updates. We had some daycare stays prior to our long trip and Nancy was very flexible and helpful in planning these and helping our dog be comfortable away from home. We have a high energy dog and Nancy took him for daily walks to keep up with his routine. We are so thankful that he has a home away from home with Nancy and her family. Highly recommend!”

“Elise was the best sitter! It was our first time having to board Thor so I was a bit nervous at first, especially since he is such a high-energy pup. However, I am so happy we chose Elise! She did such a great job and provided many updates and photos! Each photo, I can tell Thor was incredibly happy and having a good time. It was comforting seeing Thor was in such good hands. She does a great job of taking care of your baby while you’re gone. I can’t recommend Elise enough! She’s amazing and will definitely be our go-to sitter!”

“This is Uno's first time boarding at someone else's home, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found Jie. Uno tends to be sensitive to changes in his environment, but he quickly found comfort at Jie's place. During his stay, Jie ensured Uno received plenty of walks and exercise, and kept me informed with regular messages and photos.”

About: I have taken care of my dog and cat for 5 years before college. I worked in small animal clinics for half a year as well. Feeding, playing, walking, and basic diagnosing (if anything comes up) have been my interest and strength. I am having my gap year before going to the vet school now, so I am full time home. I want to spend time with animals, so if there is one in my place, I’ll spend a lot of time with it. I live in an apartment with great security and is pet friendly. The windows are far from reach for a small or medium sized dog.

“We book last min booking with Mei for our dog Ace. both Mei and her husband were very attentive of our baby Ace. He is definitely not that easy to take care of if he is not at our house. She updated us with pictures everyday. Ace destroyed the window blind but they didn’t get mad and were willing to work with us on the solution. We will definitely book with them again if they be willing to take in Ace again.”

“Diola is fantastic!!! I've used around 20 different Rovers and she is by far one of the best. She watched Buddy for over a week and she sent daily updates and pictures. Her family took great care of and adored our beloved Corgi. Diola even gave Buddy a bath and he came home smelling better than he ever has in his life! We were thoroughly impressed and it seems like Buddy even misses her. We will definitely be reserving her again. Highly, highly recommend.”

“Ugh Victoria was a doll! It was my first time using Rover after moving to the Bay. And I was so nervous - he’s never stayed overnight with non-family/friends. Victoria took him right in! She sent various videos/photos of my old man while I was out, and it made me feel so calm that he had both her son and her pups engaging with him throughout his stay. After getting him back, Scrappy was in his normal energy, sleep/eat cycles and behavior so I know she brought him in like one of her own. Happy to say I found my official dog sitter! ??”

“Karena, sent pictures of my pets as requested and took care of my dogs much as I would have during my vacation. During a dog incident (Gastritis) she promptly took the dog to the vet and kept me informed of the situation and as the situation progressed. She treated my dog no differently that I would have. However, I don't have as nice as a couch as she does so, I guess she treated my pets better than I do. :)”

“My husband and I were leaving for Mexico for our anniversary and originally we were going to keep our dog in boarding. However, we heard about the my dog illness going around which had us worried. My best friend mentioned looking for a dog sitter through rover. Once I signed on, I filtered the criteria’s I was looking for. Tom’s profile stood out to me because he had two dogs of his own which I thought would be a great companionship for my dog. Tom also works remote which means he would be home most of the day which was another plus for us. I decided to send Tom a message and he was very responsive. We set up a date and time to meet up with our dogs. They got along great! After I booked the service, he confirmed the booking as well as his information. He also asked us to bring some of our dog’s items. We also have a list of words our dog responds to and her feeding schedule. Tom sent us a few pictures, videos, and information everyday of how our dog was doing. She looked so happy that we were scared she wasn’t going to come back home. Haha Thank you for caring for our furbaby and making her feel like part of the family. We will definitely book with Tom again in the future!”

“We had our so far best dog boarding experience. We left our Golden Retriever with her for 5 days and she took a very good care of him. Took him to multiple walks and gave enough play time and the best part is that she always kept us updated by sending photos and videos, which gave a peace of mind and we could enjoy our trip. She followed all the instructions very carefully.Her kids are also very friendly and playful with our pet which gave us so much satisfaction that they all enjoyed the stay together. She is one of the best in Fremont area, I will definitely go back to her and I 100% recommend her for the dog boarding.”

“Kristy was prompt, kind and asked relevant questions at the meet and greet with our 6 year old shepherd/collie mix. She hosted our dog for the weekend and shared photos and videos of their time together. The weekend seems to have gone well. Kristy was also quick to respond through the app over the weekend and was flexible with drop off/pick up times. We would definitely have Kristy dog sit Moka again.”

“Suraj took excellent care of our older fur baby Shadow for 2 1/2 weeks. Our dog was super anxious and took some time to settle down. Unfortunately he also had some tummy issues during his stay with Suraj. Suraj was great in keeping us updated and seeking our advice every step of the way. Suraj and his family were very patient with Shadow (this made things so much easier for us). Despite all the issues, the updates and photos forwarded by Suraj showed us that Shadow was happy and content. So glad we found Suraj and we highly recommend him!!”
