About: I have pet sit two cute poodle mixes for 10 days recently and also pet sit a medium sized dog for the weekend. My sister has two large dogs with whom I have spent a lot of time! I love spending time with dogs and cats! I assure you that your pets will get a lot of play time! I go to office twice a week so I am available on most days. I am also available on weekends and weekday evenings. So, I have a pretty flexible schedule. I live in an apartment complex with place to walk dogs. It is a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a dog friendly community but has breed restrictions. Cats are welcome!

About: Hi!! My name is Aurora and I’m so excited to take care of your furr baby or babies! I have years of experience taking care of a wide range of pets from cats to big and small breed doggies. I love animals and believe they are a member of the family and should be treated as such! I have been relied on for walking my friends and neighbors doggies, cat sitting, and routine check ins to ensure that their fur babies are happy, healthy and, most of all, not lonely! As you can see from my pictures, my partner and I have three amazing fur babies, two of which are cats and one big doggy. Our two cats are Hela and Athena and our big goofy fluff ball of a doggie is named Loki. I previously hosted on Rover but took a two-year hiatus to focus entirely on Maya’s recovery following a major lung surgery. I can provide daily dog walks around the neighborhood, go to a local park, &/or play in the backyard. I’ll follow any instructions and safety precautions required - in terms of diet restrictions, using crates, or keeping pet(s) indoors. When walking outside the home, I will always keep your dog(s) on a leash to avoid any unexpected situations. I’ll be mindful avoiding other dogs and heavily trafficked areas to ensure safety. I tend to walk in the morning and afternoon when it’s not too hot on their paws. I carry a portable water bowl to keep hydrated and medical pet kit with me at all times. I will stay in constant communication with pet owner(s) on their pets’ activity through the Rover app or by text. Please provide me with any emergency contacts and safety instructions you would like me to follow in case of an emergency or natural disaster arises.

My time is relatively flexible. I will be available in weekdays more. Sometimes weekend works too with earlier appointments. I love playing and talking with them like a friend. Sometimes they would ask for pat or hug and my cat does, but I would be more careful with my friends’ pets. I love giving them treats when playing. But my cat doesn’t like treats haha.

I am familiar with any health issue that may come up with your dog and will promote their well-being. Working in the ER, I know how to deal with many diseases so I can ensure your loved one is well taken care of. I can proficiently administer oral and injectable medications if needed. Aside from my medical background, I enjoy exercise and spending time outdoors and will therefore ensure that your pet is well taken care of physically through runs, walks, hikes- whatever it is that they enjoy. I've been a dog owner since I was a young kid and have always loved spending time with the four legged creatures. I will ensure that your pet is loved as if they were my very own pet. I work 4 days a week, 10 hours but am still available to drop by if needed either in the mornings or evening or in between work if it’s nearby. I’m mostly available at any time Friday-Sunday, I can set time aside to be fully devoted to your pet. I will ensure they’re as comfortable as they have been when the owner is home. Allowing them to have their routine. I will ensure I don’t disturb their usual spots and allow them to roam as they are allowed regularly.
