I began working as a day care assistant then went into dog grooming and I did a bit of vet assisting too. I have a cat and a bearded dragon that live with me. My cat is a grey medium coated tabby and she is 12 years old. My parents also have a 12 year old goldendoodle and a 7 year old Australian shepherd. I love all different breeds and ages of dogs and cats. I also like many other types of animals even reptiles and birds. I previously hosted on Rover but took a two-year hiatus to focus entirely on Maya’s recovery following a major lung surgery. I can provide daily dog walks around the neighborhood, go to a local park, &/or play in the backyard. I’ll follow any instructions and safety precautions required - in terms of diet restrictions, using crates, or keeping pet(s) indoors. When walking outside the home, I will always keep your dog(s) on a leash to avoid any unexpected situations. I’ll be mindful avoiding other dogs and heavily trafficked areas to ensure safety. I tend to walk in the morning and afternoon when it’s not too hot on their paws. I carry a portable water bowl to keep hydrated and medical pet kit with me at all times. I will stay in constant communication with pet owner(s) on their pets’ activity through the Rover app or by text. Please provide me with any emergency contacts and safety instructions you would like me to follow in case of an emergency or natural disaster arises.
