I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and have cared for a wide variety of pets since I was young, from cats and dogs to chickens, lizards, chinchillas, and more! I am comfortable with pets of all ages and abilities, and I am especially skilled in providing care for those with special needs. My family dog growing up was diabetic and blind, and I was responsible for administering his daily insulin shots. Today, I give my own dog daily oral medication. I promise to be patient, observant, and gentle when caring for pets who need a little extra help. You can rest easy knowing that I will care for your pets as if they were my own. I believe that open communication is key, and I will happily send you as many photo and text updates as you would like while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet you furry friends!

I am happy to follow the routine your pet is accustomed to. I can provide long walks, fetch in your yard, cuddles, feedings, etc. Whatever it is they need to feel comfortable, safe, and well exercised while you’re away!

Katherine did a great job taking care of my cat and giving her oral medication. I heard she was very patient with my cat from my Mom who was present. I would definitely book her again.
Katherine was wonderful with our dog on her first walk! She made us feel completely at ease and kept us updated with photos and messages, which we really appreciated. We could tell our dog Lina was happy after here visit! We feel confident leaving our pup in Katherine's care and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog walker.

Schedule
I recently moved to the bay area in September, and I work Tuesday - Friday. My weekend schedule can be flexible to meet your needs.
