I’m also a proud dog mom to Chico, my sweet two-year-old Maltipoo, who is basically my child! 😂 Chico has never met a dog or person he hasn’t loved, and he would be thrilled to welcome a new furry friend into our home. I work from home most of the week and take breaks for walks and attention as needed. I work in the city twice a week, but I can be flexible about which days, depending on your pup’s needs. I’m also happy to discuss boarding during the week and create a routine that keeps your pup comfortable, happy, and well cared for. About: Dogs make my heart happy, and so do cats! :) I loved the times that I got to spend and care for my beloved Moki who went to heaven in Dec. 2023. I miss her every single day. I work as a substitute teacher and painting instructor, which provides me with a flexible schedule to pursue my hobbies and interests. One of my passions in life is dogs. I volunteer with Pets in Need by participating in their Doggy Day Out program. Back in high school, I was voted Most Dependable, and I believe I still hold that title dear to heart whether it's with family, work, friends, and clients. I live very close to the beach 3 minutes walk and large grass areas around for pet to be relived. I have a large crate at home just in case clients need and dont need to get their own. I will be able to dog on regular potty breaks. Walk your dog separately so they can get all the attention they deserve while dog walks.

About: Hi there! My name is Eric and I would be happy to take care of your pet. I grew up the youngest of 4 kids and we always had animals around. We had Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Chickens, my sister wanted a goat but my dad said thats too much. Being the youngest it was usually my responsibility to make sure the pets were fed and taken care of. I know going away can be hard not only for the pet but for the owner as well and I will always strive to make sure both are reassured and comfortable. Anytime outside of my home your dog will be walked on a leash. We have a patio with outdoor access but no yard. We own our home, which includes a large fenced yard and patio, giving pets plenty of safe space to run, play, and explore outside. We have no neighboring animals, so there are no surprise fence-line encounters or added stress from unfamiliar pets nearby. For dogs, we get outside for walks every day, rain or shine, so your pet stays on their normal exercise routine even while away from home. Indoors, pets have the run of a calm, comfortable home rather than being confined to one room. We tailor our approach to each animal's personality, whether that means a structured routine, extra quiet time, or simply consistent companionship throughout the day. For longer stays we can send pictures too. We have an established relationship with our own veterinarian and are comfortable handling special needs animals, including pets on medication schedules, seniors with mobility or dietary needs, or animals recovering from illness or injury. This comes directly from over 20 years of fostering through Furry Friends Rescue, where we regularly cared for animals with medical or behavioral needs that required extra attention and consistency.
