About: I’ve spent the last few years caring for dogs in many different situations — from energetic German Shepherds on a farm to the gentle white shepherd I rescued and raised myself. In 2021, I worked on a farm where I fed, cleaned, and played with four shepherds daily. When one of their puppies was seriously injured, I took him home, cared for him, and helped him recover fully. He has been with me ever since. Because of this experience, many friends now bring their dogs to me whenever they travel. I’m patient, responsible, and very comfortable with dogs who have different personalities or special needs. I truly love caring for animals, and I always treat every dog with the same level of attention and kindness I give to my own. My work schedule is flexible, so I can adjust my time based on your needs. Whether it’s afternoon, or evening visits, I’m able to plan my day around providing care for your dog. About: I have taken care of friend's and dogs of significant others over the past two decades. I have the most experience with small and big dogs. It doesn't seem like my friends have had many medium-sized dogs. From leisurely sniffer walks to 10 mile runs, I cover a wide range of doggie needs. From homebody to outdoor enthusiast, I have expreience in meeting the needs of dogs at various energy levels. I have time to do morning, noon and evening care for both cats and dogs. From walks, runs and play time for dogs to playtime, movie time and cuddles for cats. I am a lover of cooking so no peculiar food preparation needs of your pet is too peculiar. I'm up for a challenge! I currently do not offer boarding in my home but am comfortable to providing care or home stays if needed. I have done live-in care for friends who have dogs and cats and am always respectful of the space. My goal is to provide care as similar as possible to what the owners provide on a normal basis, to help the cat or dog feel the most comfortable while their humans are away.

About: I've taken care of my friends' dogs when needed. I also had a 13 year old German Shepherd mix that I adopted when he was 5 and just recently passed away this year. I am currently working part time, so I am available during the morning/afternoon on weekdays to walk your dog or check in on them for a potty break. I live in a quiet place without a lot of activity happening, and I like to stick with scheduled meal times and a consistent routine.

About: Hi, I’m Alex! I’ve done informal pet care for friends and family for about 15 years - if anyone goes out of town, they call me first! Since losing my childhood cat & dog, I’ve struggled to get another pet, but I have so much love to give 💗 I’ve taken care of cats from kitten stage to geriatric palliative care, as well as dogs of all shapes and sizes. Guaranteed to take cute pet photos! I am a full time program manager in the tech industry with very flexible hours. I can adjust my schedule to accommodate walks or drop ins. My service area is wide due to a long commute, so I’m able to cover most clients in the East Bay! I think animals thrive more while remaining in their own environment, so I prefer drop in visits or house sitting over stays in my home. I’ve done up to a 2 week stay with a pet while their owner was abroad. I do have the space for smaller animals within my condo for animals who don’t mind being uprooted!

About: I love meeting and caring for dogs, and i live in a simple and comfortable home for new dogs to come and explore. I have a playful 10 y/o Maltese that makes for a great play date. I work from home and have my own dog, so my home is well set up for fur friends to come and hang out at! I live in a 3BR with my dog. Because I have a dog, the house is doggy proof with no snacks or choking hazards lying around.

About: I have 9 years of hands-on animal rescue experience including fostering, TNR work and caring for pets from outdoor rescues. About: Since I was young, I have always loved dogs and cats. My Dad always referred to our house as Noah’s Ark because we always had so many animals. I received this love for animals from my mother. She had a gift for raising animals for very long periods of time and loved them like they were her children. She called them her fur babies and I have since followed in her foot steps. I love dogs that play fetch and cats, along with their attitude and personality. We spend time walking, playing with and laying around with our family dogs - we have three! Fury is our Chihuahua who loves to sleep all day and cuddle. Bo, our Rottie mix who enjoys walks and playing with other dogs. And our playful pup Gus, who loves to eat! Our sons also love dogs and enjoy having guest dogs around! We love animals and will treat yours as we do ours, as part of the family. My wife works from home and has time to care for and play with your fur babies! She will feed them, take them for walks and gives your dog(s) free reign of the house and yard. I have a locked and fenced atrium and backyard … and three wonderful dogs to keep them company! When it’s warm, the back slider is left open for the dogs to freely go in and out as they please. There is plenty of room for them to run around out back, front and side. They sleep whenever they’re most comfortable and can hang out on the couch or wherever they chose. As mentioned earlier, they very quickly become a part of our extended family! Since I work from home, I have time to care for, and play with your pets! We can follow the same routine they have at home. We have a fenced atrium and backyard as well as three active dogs to keep your fur babies busy! They have free reign of the home and can play or rest where they’re most comfortable!

Thank you Gayathri & family I work from home, so I have time to care for your pet. I generally board 1-2 pets and not more. If it is a weekend, we take them along to a nearby lake/park. The entire 1st floor and basement are for the pets to explore, play and rest. They are not allowed into the bedrooms, closet and bathrooms upstairs.

About: I'm a lifelong pet owner with a high-energy Bernedoodle and two cats at home, ages 9 and 6. Between them, I've gotten comfortable with a wide range of care — from training and long walks to administering daily medication and handling a cat with mobility needs. With dogs, I've cared for both small and large breeds and picked up a lot from my own dog's doggy daycare, where I watched professionals handle dogs with totally different temperaments. I'm a confident handler and treat training and attention as part of every walk, not extras. If your dog is working on leash manners or basic commands, I'm happy to reinforce what you're already doing at home. With cats, I'm experienced with meds (pills and liquids), special diets including raw feeding, and the patience it takes with shy or senior animals. One of my own cats has had medical issues his whole life and the other is a tripod, so gentle handling and careful observation are second nature. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in, or longer care, I focus on the basics done well and giving your pet real attention rather than rushing through. I have a flexible weekday schedule and can fit pet care in throughout the day — mornings, midday, and evenings all work. The only standing commitment is my yoga schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5 PM, when I'm not available. Outside of that, I'm easy to book on weekdays and happy to work around your pet's routine. I offer drop-in visits and dog walks at the client's home — I'm not hosting pets at mine, which keeps things simple and means your pet stays in their own environment with their own routine. For drop-in visits, I take care of the basics thoroughly: fresh food and water, clean litter box or potty break, meds on schedule if needed, and real time spent with your pet rather than rushing through. I also handle the small things that make a difference when you're away — locking up properly on the way out, bringing in mail or packages if you'd like, watering plants, and double-checking doors and windows before I leave. For dog walks, I show up on time, use the leash and gear you've set up, and stick to the route and pace that works for your dog. I pay attention to their energy and body language throughout — adjusting if they're tired, anxious, or want a longer sniff break — and I clean up after them every time. If your dog is working on leash manners or commands, I'm happy to reinforce what you're already doing at home rather than undoing your progress. I send photo and video updates every visit so you know exactly how your pet is doing. If anything seems off — appetite, behavior, a limp, anything — I'll flag it right away and follow your instructions on next steps, including contacting your vet if needed.
