“My fur babies have stayed in Rachel's home many times. Their stay has been from one night to two weeks. Rachel is so kind, calm, and accommodating. They love seeing her every single time. She sends photos of them daily and gives me updates but she also asks how I am doing. Which I feel is so kind. When told in advance she is flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. She loves your dogs as if they are her own. She has an amazing family too.”

She was kind enough to do a meet and greet and from the beginning she was so patience with our dog to make sure he felt safe and secure since he is usually pretty shy with anyone new. She was very responsive and asked me how to take care of my dog multiple times so she and her family could prepare. As soon as we dropped off my dog at her place, her family greeted our dog and our anxious dog for the first time didn’t bark at all. I was never worried about my dog during my entire trip knowing her family would take great care of him. I was also getting updates from her daily.
