Pallavi paid close attention to even the smallest details about my poodle. She made sure to understand Zoey’s schedule, routine, and how comfortable she is around other dogs and people. Their dog, Luna, is also very friendly and sweet. Pallavi frequently sent me updates and photos, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Sheru stayed overnight at Lavanya’s and came home super happy, energetic, and completely himself. It was clear that he had a good night’s sleep and plenty of rest, as he settled right back into his usual routine after coming home. I’m really happy with the care, love, and attention Lavanya provided. She kept me updated with timely messages and followed all of Sheru’s care instructions thoroughly. Divya and Shane were amazing with Baxter and their dog Yukon is a really sweet dog too. Divya and Shane were flexible and accommodating with the pickup and dropoff times. They took good care of Baxter, enquired about his schedule and made sure Baxter is comfortable in their home. Yukon tried to get Baxter to play but Baxter, being older now, did not want to play and Yukon was content with being chill and giving him space. Baxter usually is not comfortable in other’s homes but he had a good time with Divya and Shane. Would highly recommend Divya and Shane and will be definitely be leaving Baxter with them again.
Diana was fantastic! Her home is incredibly clean, and I loved knowing Pepper had a calm environment where she received one-on-one attention. It was such a relief not having to worry about whether she’d get along with other dogs or feel overwhelmed. Pepper was clearly well cared for, and I could tell Diana genuinely enjoys spending time with the dogs she watches. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized, attentive care for their pup.
MengChen was absolutely amazing with my senior dog! She and her husband took exceptional care of him and treated him like one of their own. Our dog has a few medical needs and requires medication at regular intervals. MengChen went above and beyond by finding a treat he loved so that taking his medicine was easy and stress-free. She also kept us updated regularly, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. The best part was seeing how happy and comfortable our dog was in their home. It was clear he was loved and well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to board him with MengChen again the next time we travel. I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter!
My husband and I were here on a RV camping trip across the country. We wanted to board our puppy for a couple of days when we knew we would be out all day sightseeing and found the Rover app. Marsha in Fremont CA took such great care of our Daisy. This was our first time with our dog staying overnight somewhere so we were a little apprehensive, but Janine made us feel at ease by giving us a tour of her house and how well she cares for her dogs. Maple also gets to play with other dogs so she loves staying there.
Jennifer did a great job looking after our dog Bruno. We really appreciated the photo and video updates — it was always good to see how he was doing.
