About: As a teacher and lifelong animal lover, I treat every pet like family. I only take one client at a time to ensure full attention and care. I have a 4-year-old black and white Border Collie girl who is playful, gentle, and very well-trained. She never makes a mess at home and enjoys her daily runs and ball games in the park with her dog friends. I’ve been around animals literally my whole life — growing up, our family always had pets. Over the years, I’ve had three cats and four dogs, each with their own personalities and stories. I’ve also helped friends board their fur babies and done home visits/drop-in visit for cats and received good reputation. Training my Border Collie taught me patience, structure, and how to communicate calmly with all kinds of pets. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a shy kitty, I treat every animal with love, respect, and care, just like family. 🐶🐱💛 I start my day early and finish work early. I’m available for home visits in the mornings and after 3 PM on weekdays. Weekends and holidays work for me as well. I offer home visits, dog walks, and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. Walks are always one-on-one, and your pet won’t meet mine unless you approve. Home staying for pets are only for weekend and holidays. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine because it’s what I genuinely love to do every day. Safety and comfort always come first. I have experience with reactive dogs and know how to create safe boundaries. I also follow your pet’s care routine closely and will send pet pictures to you.

About: I am new to Rover but I have been pet sitting for friends and through word of mouth for the last five years! It is always a joy for me! I am currently working part time so I have a lot of time to help others with pet care. I can travel to you and I can stay over night. I am able to stay with your pet and keep them company over night or just for a visit. I’m used to caring for dogs and cats!

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since age 4. My pets are part of the family and your dogs will be treated as such as well I am currently taking care of my mother so I have plenty of time to take care of pets. They will be well looked after I have a fenced backyard and a second back yard that is the water company land but it is also fenced and will allow the dog more room to roam supervised

About: I've had pets growing up. I've owned a bunny lop , in which i've learned completely on how to care for them , 2 yorkies that i've trained since puppies & 1 cat . I've learned to know how to carefully watch them from their health , to how much they need to be fed , down to how to maintain them etc . Having pets in my home is what makes it a home to me . I currently work but I can be available anyday after 5pm , and I'm available weekends . Same day request , one day & multiples day are open for me . So if you're in need to have your furry companion to be cared for longer than a few hours to days , I can do that . I have proper care necessities for pets . I do have a cage if needed , pee pads (since i do have 2 small dogs of my own) bowls for food (following owners rules on how much to feed your dog) & water . My apartments provides areas specifically for dogs to be walked in which I will walk them every 2 hours or so to get fresh air . Baths will be done per owners request . I will always update you on by sending photos & videos on how they are doing to ensure your pet is safe with me . I will make sure they are comfortable & they will have toys to play with . But most importantly they will receive all the love while being in my care . I will treat them as if they were my own . Pets to me are like my babies . My home is their home .

About: I’ve been known for taking care of our friends’ dogs as if they are my own. From few hours to 5 weeks, dogs of different sizes have been under my care which had led to many of my friends recommending me to start Rover. As a runner and recreational tennis player, I feel confident providing the best physical care for the puppies — going out on runs and doing indoor tugging activities. My dog-friendly place will be a safe, quiet heaven for your puppies — with multiple parks nearby, including a fenced dog park, where puppies can enjoy running while on/off leash (I prefer not doing off-leash when outside unless it's fenced yard or dog park). As a dedicated dog lover with a full-time job (weekdays, 2 PM to 10 PM but can come home for dinner around 6 pm), I’ve structured my schedule to ensure your furry friend gets the best care possible. Here’s what you can expect: - Reliable Availability: I plan potty breaks at least three times a day—typically around 7-8 AM, 12 PM-2 PM, and 10-11 PM—so your pup’s needs are always met. - Plenty of Companionship: Your dog will have company for most of the day, with alone time never exceeding 8 hours. - Daily Exercise: I take multiple short walks every day, giving your pup fresh air and a chance to stretch their legs. - Flexible Coordination: I’m happy to work with you to ensure your dog’s care schedule fits seamlessly with mine. - Personalized Attention: Every pup in my care receives love, attention, and care tailored to their specific needs. Rest assured, your four-legged family member will be in loving and responsible hands while you’re away! I live in a dog-friendly apartment in a safe and welcoming residential area of San Jose. My home is located right next to a fully fenced dog park, where your pup can safely sniff, run around, and socialize with other friendly dogs. This ensures they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation during their stay. For added peace of mind, I have a reliable car and am prepared to transport your pet to the nearest veterinary urgent care if needed. About: I am a recent human medical assistant graduate from SFSU who has one dog at home. I had dogs since I was 13 years old, and relatives trusted me to take care of them. I love dogs, and they come in all sorts of personalities. I just love them. They're the perfect pets. I walked one other dog other than my own. I come with a smile, a grin, and a love for pets. Dogs are awesome, and I welcome any constructive criticism, or tips on how to take good and proper care of your dog and I will treat them like they're part of my family. I also believe that most dogs are social creatures. Therefore, it is my goal to have them socialize with other dogs that act appropriately. Sometimes, they will be around my dog, who I know I can trust to act appropriately and be a good role model. My hours are flexible. I can work with you to best suit your schedule and will try to accommodate you to the best of my ability. You trust me to treat your dog as if it were my own and I will uphold that to the best of my ability. I will keep them on a leash and correct their behavior positively and punitively. If they're treat-motivated, they will be given tons of treats for correct behavior.
