When caring for pets in clients' homes, I maintain a familiar and comfortable environment. I follow their established routines, including feeding schedules, exercise, and playtime. About: I have taken care of friend's and dogs of significant others over the past two decades. I have the most experience with small and big dogs. It doesn't seem like my friends have had many medium-sized dogs. From leisurely sniffer walks to 10 mile runs, I cover a wide range of doggie needs. From homebody to outdoor enthusiast, I have expreience in meeting the needs of dogs at various energy levels. I have time to do morning, noon and evening care for both cats and dogs. From walks, runs and play time for dogs to playtime, movie time and cuddles for cats. I am a lover of cooking so no peculiar food preparation needs of your pet is too peculiar. I'm up for a challenge! I currently do not offer boarding in my home but am comfortable to providing care or home stays if needed. I have done live-in care for friends who have dogs and cats and am always respectful of the space. My goal is to provide care as similar as possible to what the owners provide on a normal basis, to help the cat or dog feel the most comfortable while their humans are away.

“We love Cassidy going above and beyond her house and pet sitting duties, during our 10-day vacation. Cassidy is kind, caring, and very professional. When we returned from our trip, the inside of the house was immaculate, and our house was cleaner than the day we left. In addition, due to the windy and hot weather days, Cassidy took the initiative to do extra hand watering of the several trees and rose bushes in our front and back yards. Finally, Cassidy took wonderful care of our indoor/outdoor cat. Cassidy sent us several photos of the cat, made sure the cat was well fed, changed the water in the cat’s water fountain regularly, and washed the cat’s bedding. Normally, the cat comes inside the house on his own after sunset. But sometimes, he loves to play hide and seek, and Cassidy kindly went searching for the cat in the neighborhood a few times. We highly recommend Cassidy’s work ethic, and we will absolutely use her services again.”

About: IMPORTANT NOTES: - We DO NOT have any pets and only board one client at a time, so your furbaby gets our full attention! Multiple pets from the same household may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please message us to discuss. - If your pet has never stayed with a sitter or is shy, anxious, or fearful, a free meet & greet is required. A short daycare or overnight trial may also be required before longer stays so your pet can get acquainted to us and our place. - Pets needing constant supervision (unable to be left alone without destruction or distress, which hinders our ability to run small errands, get food, or sleep uninterrupted) will incur an additional $50/day constant care fee on top of the regular rate. - Damage fees apply: $20 per potty/vomit accident indoors, plus varying repair/replacement costs for damaged furniture or items. - Our calendar fills quickly! Most bookings happen 4–6 weeks in advance, and holidays get booked months ahead. We recommend securing dates early. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before your booking in the case you need to book and then change dates later (please read the cancellation policy and understand fees). Thank you! - Rover auto-blocks the last day of a stay, so if you need to drop off on a day and it looks blocked off, message us to see if we may be able to coordinate your drop off on the same day as the pickup of a previous client. Hello from Michelle, Josephine (Michelle's sister), and Mom! We are lifelong animal lovers and have been petsitting on Rover since 2023 (off of Rover for even longer!). We all live together with our tortoise Mr. T in a quiet, smoke-free home (no carpet, vinyl floors) with a big backyard, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of walk routes and nearby parks. Mom is retired, Michelle works from home full time, and Josephine works from home twice a week, so between the three of us, your pet will always get plenty of undivided attention and at least 1 person to keep them company at all times! We’re experienced with both dogs and cats (also fish, rabbits, birds, reptiles), and we especially love helping shy or anxious pets grow into trusting, affectionate companions. We’ve cared for pets of family, friends, and now many repeat Rover clients, and we've had pets and fosters of our own in the past. Our experience includes: - Administering medications (pills, creams, eye drops) for cats & dogs - Giving subcutaneous fluids to cats - Caring for puppies (4+ months), seniors, and large dogs (80–100+ lbs) - Long stays (3+ weeks) At the heart of it all, we believe in respecting every animal and giving them as much love as possible — their lives are so much shorter than ours. 💕 We pride ourselves in being responsive, patient, and accommodating with most if not all requests. If there's anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask! You and your pet's comfort is our greatest priority. I permanently work remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule to be able to take walks and spend time away from the screen. I have a fenced yard and plenty of space indoors. I live down the street from the park and can walk your dog/cat/whatever! or let it have play time outside as much as it wants! I always try to listen to the pet's cues, read their body language, and cater to all of their physical and mental needs.

From puppyhood to senior pups, I have a lot of experience tailoring my care according to each dog’s personality, needs, and comfort zone.Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or couch snuggles, I focus on creating routines that keep dogs engaged, healthy, and stress free. Over the years, I’ve gained experience helping dogs with separation anxiety, minor reactivity, and special medical needs (limited to administering oral and injectable medications). Open communication with pet parents is a priority for me. I provide frequent updates, including photos and videos, so you can see how your dog is doing. In order to dedicate myself completely to your pet’s care, play, and comfort, I only accept one dog at a time. However, for everyone’s comfort, I request that visiting pups get along with other dogs since my own dog, Bentley, will be part of their visit. As a full-time homemaker and dog mom, I am home all day and able to provide consistent, attentive care. Your dog will have my full attention for walks, playtime, rest, and anything else they need throughout the day. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I love taking dogs to trails and parks nearby for exercise, fun, and potty breaks. They can relax in a crate or snuggle with me on the couch/bed. Fresh filtered water is always available and treats are given as allowed.
