About: I am Guang, aka Mia. As a teacher and lifelong animal lover, I treat every pet like family. I only take one client at a time to ensure full attention and care. I have a 4-year-old black and white Border Collie girl who is playful, gentle, and very well-trained. She never makes a mess at home and enjoys her daily runs and ball games in the park with her dog friends. I’ve been around animals literally my whole life — growing up, our family always had pets. Over the years, I’ve had three cats and four dogs, each with their own personalities and stories. I’ve also helped friends board their fur babies and done home visits/drop-in visit for cats and received good reputation. Training my Border Collie taught me patience, structure, and how to communicate calmly with all kinds of pets. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a shy kitty, I treat every animal with love, respect, and care, just like family. 🐶🐱💛 I start my day early and finish work early. I’m available for home visits in the mornings and after 3 PM on weekdays. Weekends and holidays work for me as well. I offer home visits, dog walks, and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. Walks are always one-on-one, and your pet won’t meet mine unless you approve. Home staying for pets are only for weekend and holidays. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine because it’s what I genuinely love to do every day. Safety and comfort always come first. I have experience with reactive dogs and know how to create safe boundaries. I also follow your pet’s care routine closely and will send pet pictures to you.

About: I've had numerous pets growing up, including dogs, fish, turtle, and birds; I love them all dearly! I currently have one dog and two family dogs that I help care for. I've dog sit and cat sit for numerous family members and friends, following strict schedules of care! In my professional career, I've worked at Marine Mammal Training facilities, conducting animal husbandry tasks for exotic birds and marine mammals so you can say I am well-versed with the responsibility of caring for your pets! I am currently working as a high school basketball coach in the San Jose area where practices are usually around 3pm-8:30pm. I follow your feeding and exercise schedules to the minute to minimize anxiety. I also take great care of your space, possibly watering plants, and ensuring your home is secure and tidy so you can return to a happy pet and a peaceful house.

It was a long time for us to be away, especially from a pup with separation anxiety and health issues that require medication multiple times a day, so we needed someone truly exceptional. Kiana was even better than that! She is incredibly detail oriented and follows every instruction with care. Our house was clean and well looked after. But what really sets Kiana apart is how deeply she cares. Knowing our dog struggles with new people and stressful transitions, she not only came for an initial meet and greet but proactively offered to visit again so he could feel completely comfortable before the long stay. Throughout her time with him, she sent photos and updates that showed just how relaxed and happy he was. He was genuinely loved and perfectly cared for, and honestly, I think he is bummed now that she is gone! We will absolutely be requesting Kiana’s help again. Highly recommend!”

My sister is a marine mammal trainer, and I appreciate the advice she’s shared about shaping behavior and interpreting body language. I have yet to meet a dog I don’t like (and vice versa!) I’m a physician assistant student finishing up my degree in May. I currently have a lot of flexibility with scattered zoom classes and studying. Looking for pet sitting or walks to break up the studying ◡̈ Pets need love, attention, and patience. I walk my mom’s dog daily and tend to all her grooming (and of course give her lots of pets).

About: I have cared for and loved dogs throughout all of my life. I had 2 Lhasa Apsos growing up and a Yorkie when I was in my twenties. A big piece of me is gone now that my babies have all passed on to dog heaven. Luckily for me, I get to enjoy being an auntie to 3 adorable pups. I am the designated dog sitter for my sister’s three fur babies whenever she is out of town. I also dog sit and cat sit for some of my close friends. Taking care of any one’s fur babies is a huge responsibility and it is one I do not take lightly. I love (and have experience with) both large and small. My sister has two Maltipoos—one of which is a teacup—and a Chow Chow. So, I am familiar with the care needed to watch over pups as small as teacups and pooches as big as Chow Chows. I would be thrilled to care for your baby and accommodate your requested service. I have a 3 bedroom home with a spacious fenced yard, and a gate we keep locked and secured at all times. I maintain a clean and clutter free home, so there is plenty of space for your fur baby to stretch his/her legs and run around safely. Under my care, I will put extra attention into playing and ensuring your pet feels comfortable and happy. Being away from parents in a new environment is often stressful for our fur babies, so I’ll do what I can to help calm their nerves and welcome them into my home. If they have any favorite toys or blankets, please bring them. Unless otherwise specified, I will give 2x daily feedings in the morning and early evening, go for a morning walk, offer playtime inside and out in the yard throughout the day (with naps in between) and a longer walk to the dog park before winding down for the night.

About: I've walked and fed both my sister's and friend's dogs for the last few years. Been going to the dog park interact w/different breeds of dogs to get used to each of there own quirks and personalities. I work full-time so I can take care of your dogs on the weekends. Some Holidays i should be free, just have to give me heads up. I am available on weekends after 11am I offer care and company for your dogs. I can be an "uncle" for them, when their parents are not home. Essentials such as food water, toys bathroom etc. always kept in mind!
