I’m available Monday through Friday after 2 PM, and I’m open anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. During the summer months, especially June and July, my schedule is even more open, allowing for greater flexibility to care for your pets whenever needed. About: I’m a huge animal lover and proud dog parent to two adorable long-haired dachshunds (ages 7 and 8), so I’m very familiar with big personalities in small bodies—think stubborn moments, a little sass, and lots of clingy cuddles! Beyond my own pups, I’ve cared for senior pets, including regularly cat-sitting for an older cat, and I also have experience helping animals recover after surgery. I’m comfortable giving medications, keeping healing areas clean and dry, and making sure pets stay safe and comfortable while they heal. Most importantly, I’ll care for your pets as if they were my own—with lots of attention, patience, and love. I am currently focusing on upskilling and finding a new job, so I am doing this for supplemental income. My time is also very flexible; as long as I have proper notice, I can accommodate. House Sitting: I value the health and safety of my animals first, making sure they are fed the appropriate amount, and taken any medication. After that, I actually keep a pretty clean house, and will require my dogs to be clean as well, so if we do go outside I will at the very least wash their paws ALWAYS. Dog Walking: When dog walking, I will stay clear or other dogs, until I am really familiar with your dog and his/her behavior. I believe in safety first, and that means being able to control your dog. In situations where there is another dog coming towards us, I will pick your dog up immidiately to avoid an unecessary situation.

About: I have cared for and loved dogs throughout all of my life. I had 2 Lhasa Apsos growing up and a Yorkie when I was in my twenties. A big piece of me is gone now that my babies have all passed on to dog heaven. Luckily for me, I get to enjoy being an auntie to 3 adorable pups. I am the designated dog sitter for my sister’s three fur babies whenever she is out of town. I also dog sit and cat sit for some of my close friends. I maintain a clean and clutter free home, so there is plenty of space for your fur baby to stretch his/her legs and run around safely. Under my care, I will put extra attention into playing and ensuring your pet feels comfortable and happy. Being away from parents in a new environment is often stressful for our fur babies, so I’ll do what I can to help calm their nerves and welcome them into my home. If they have any favorite toys or blankets, please bring them. Unless otherwise specified, I will give 2x daily feedings in the morning and early evening, go for a morning walk, offer playtime inside and out in the yard throughout the day (with naps in between) and a longer walk to the dog park before winding down for the night.

She was a black lab who lived til 14. She passed away playing fetch up northern Minnesota due to a heart attack playing fetch in the lake. She entered heaven doing her greatest love. There has always been peace to that. In 2020 I rescued Aspen. She is a Great Pyrenees, English mastiff, and laborador retriever. She saved my walks by allowing me to take her for two hour long walks a day at a nearby regional trail during the pandemic. I taught her how to swim, pray, shake, kiss, and potty. From the teething puppy stage to the nap loving 5 year old stage, I have adored witnessing her transition through it all. Though she rests hard, she plays harder. When I moved to San Jose with my partner, Lucy, my 11 year old Maltese joined the family. She is full of eye boogers, but even more full of love and warm cuddles she loves long walks up to even 4 miles. Aside from that, I quickly made a name for myself as a dog sitter in San Jose. Through connections, I have landed opportunities to watch one elderly and one 5 year old red lab overnight in Monterey, five other primary dogs in the east bay from a 1 year old rescue lab, to a shy and night loving cat, to a 3 year old rescued German Sheppard, to a highly intelligent greyhound, and a foster Samoyed turned adopted puppy who went from shy, severely underweight and timid, to strong, smiley, and full of chatter. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide dependable care throughout the week. Whether your pet needs midday walks, overnight stays, or extra companionship, I can easily adapt to their routine and give them the time, attention, and exercise they deserve.
