About: Availability for summer is filling up fast. Book asap to reserve your spot. Hi! I'm Sofia, a pet lover who enjoys providing care to animals and helping families enjoy their time away from home. Knowing that your pets are in good hands is a game changer when overwhelmed by life’s events. Take the stress off your shoulders and book with me today. I can’t wait to meet your lovely animals :). Daily and weekly care is a central part of my life owning 2 beautiful cockatiels. Every day, I prioritize giving my pets the attention and care they deserve. I’d do the same for your pets from providing morning walks and playtime to meal preparation and health checks. My schedule is extremely flexible, allowing me to adapt to each pet's unique needs and ensure they always feel happy and comfortable. When caring for pets in clients' homes, I maintain a familiar and comfortable environment. I follow their established routines, including feeding schedules, exercise, and playtime. I ensure their safety, provide plenty of love and attention, and keep your home the way it is. Your pet's happiness and well-being are my top priorities.

About: I have hands-on experience caring for my own Samoyed, which has given me a strong understanding of large-breed dogs, their energy levels, grooming needs, and daily routines. In addition to Samoyeds, I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds, as well as cats. What sets me apart is my patience, attentiveness, and ability to follow care instructions closely. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, habits, and comfort level, whether that means energetic walks, gentle playtime, or simply providing calm companionship. I also help reinforce basic routines such as leash manners, feeding schedules, potty breaks, and medication if needed. Since I work part-time, I have a flexible schedule and can give pets the time and attention they deserve. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety and well-being. I work part-time as a dental assistant, which gives me a flexible and predictable schedule. This allows me to plan pet care visits, walks, and check-ins thoughtfully throughout my day and week. I only accept bookings that I can fully commit to, so pets always receive attentive, unrushed care. Pet care fits comfortably into my routine, and I genuinely enjoy spending my free time caring for dogs and cats. I care for pets with a focus on safety, trust, and comfort. Whether in the pet’s home or during visits, I follow your instructions carefully, ensure the environment is secure, and supervise pets at all times. I pay attention to each animal’s needs and personality, providing food, water, playtime, or rest as appropriate. I also send updates to keep owners informed and reassured.
“Nancy was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of puppy while we were away and gave us complete peace of mind. She kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, and it was clear that Onyx was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. She went above and beyond, and we truly appreciated all the love and attention she gave him. I would absolutely book with Nancy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter. Thank you so much, Nancy!”

“Alexus was so good with our cat Wally. She sent me pictures and updates, he was well loved and cared for! She left our home clean and left me no worries. Will definitely rebook!”

“Sophia took care of bobo for a day while we had a family outing, the comms were great -she was very sweet with taking care of him and was very attentive to our concerns for his routine. Sophia is going to be our regular sitter !”

“Amy is the best dog sitter we could have asked for. I pride myself on how much I take my dogs on adventures but Amy even surpassed what I do for my own dog! Amy took my dog on numerous wonderful adventures while sending me amazing pictures from their adventures. When Amy left she left a gorgeous hand drawn picture of our dog. I recommend Amy to anyone with a pet that they like and want to leave in good hands. 5 stars. A+ dog sitting! Will hire again!”

“Tatyanan was incredible kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I had never used Rover, let alone a pet sitter. Before even booking with her she came to meet my cats and I and walk me through the process. While I was out of state for my fiance's surgery, she went above and beyond to make sure that my cats were taken care of, regularly sending pictures, and that the place stayed clean from pet messes. I greatly appreciate Tatyana and would absolutely book her again! Thank you Tatyana!!”

“Aurora was truly a gift having her dog-sit our precious girl Sadie. She was caring, responsive, gave many updates throughout the long weekend and made me feel at ease while I was away knowing that my dog was in good hands. Thank you Aurora. You are top on my list for future dog-sitting needs.”

“We love Cassidy going above and beyond her house and pet sitting duties, during our 10-day vacation. Cassidy is kind, caring, and very professional. When we returned from our trip, the inside of the house was immaculate, and our house was cleaner than the day we left. In addition, due to the windy and hot weather days, Cassidy took the initiative to do extra hand watering of the several trees and rose bushes in our front and back yards. Finally, Cassidy took wonderful care of our indoor/outdoor cat. Cassidy sent us several photos of the cat, made sure the cat was well fed, changed the water in the cat’s water fountain regularly, and washed the cat’s bedding. Normally, the cat comes inside the house on his own after sunset. But sometimes, he loves to play hide and seek, and Cassidy kindly went searching for the cat in the neighborhood a few times. We highly recommend Cassidy’s work ethic, and we will absolutely use her services again.”

“Tianyu was great! She was extremely responsive during her stay with our older dog, Otis, and provided great updates and photos/videos. She kept our house and backyard extra clean. We will book with her again in the future!”

About: I’ve cared for pets many years prior to getting my own in order to prove I have what it takes. I treat your pets like they’re mine, with much love and respect. I’m currently working part time, 3 days a week which gives me a lot of flexibility to work other jobs on the days I have off. I tend to spend a lot of time at home so it is convenient to dog sit at home as well. If pet sitting at my house I tend to let the dog tone the house and get a sense of belonging before getting situated. Then I go as follows with their routine. I live in a neighborhood with many dog parks around so your dog will be guaranteed a walk at least every 1-2 hours. If dog sitting at home I like to greet myself to the pet before anything else so they can smell me and get used to my scent. Afterwards I like to check for any dog parts in the area before getting into the routine that is needed for the day.
About: If your pet needs more than just someone to fill a bowl and open a door — I'm your person. I have years of hands-on experience working in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) at one of the Bay Area's top specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. Every day, I manage medically complex patients, administer advanced treatments, and monitor critical conditions in a high-acuity environment. This is my professional foundation — not just a hobby. What sets me apart: I bring veterinary-level skill into a calm, home environment. I specialize in senior and hospice pets, pets with medical needs, and anxious pets who don't thrive in traditional boarding. I can confidently administer oral medications, injectable medications, subcutaneous fluids, and inhaled medications — all following your veterinarian's prescribed care plan using medications you provide. My home is intentionally quiet and controlled — no overcrowding, no chaos. I take very limited pets at a time so every animal gets individualized, attentive care. I notice the subtle things: changes in breathing, appetite shifts, stress signals, and comfort levels. Pet care isn't a side gig for me — it's an extension of what I already do professionally. My life revolves around animal care — both professionally and at home. I intentionally structure my schedule so that every pet in my care gets consistent routines, timely medications, regular potty breaks, and attentive monitoring throughout the day and night. I don't overbook. Your pet is never an afterthought — they're my priority. In my home: My home is intentionally set up to be calm, quiet, and controlled. I take very limited pets at a time — no overcrowding, no chaotic energy. Your pet gets consistent daily routines (feeding, potty breaks, rest, and activity), attentive monitoring throughout the day and night, and safe, supervised backyard access. I maintain a predictable environment so your pet can settle in and feel secure — not overwhelmed. In your home: When I care for pets in the client's home, I follow your pet's existing routines as closely as possible. I keep everything familiar — same feeding schedule, same potty routine, same sleeping spots. I provide updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. For medical visits, I arrive on time, administer medications or treatments per your veterinarian's instructions, and make sure your pet is comfortable before I leave. For all pets in my care: I monitor for subtle changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and comfort. I administer medications (oral, injectable, inhaled) and subcutaneous fluids as prescribed by your vet. I never rush. I never overbook. Every pet gets my full attention and genuine care.

Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I’m able to adjust my routine to provide reliable and loving care." "In my home, your pup will be treated like part of the family! I have a fenced yard for safe playtime, a friendly resident dog, and pet-loving kids who enjoy gentle interactions. Crate-trained? No problem—I can easily accommodate that. About: I have been working with dogs for nearly a year and a half. The dogs I have worked with have had low energy and others have had lots of energy. The French bulldog I worked with was a pup and I was constantly monitoring and training the dog to stop eating branches and food on the walk. I have trained other dogs to stop yanking or to not chase after squirrels. I have worked with French bulldogs, Pomeranian, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, English Setter, Border Collie, Pit bulls, Yorkshire Terrier, Australian Kelpie, Siberian Husky, West Highland White Terrier, and Labrador Retrievers. Generally I work with referrals only. If you need references, I am happy to provide them. I work full time during the day with a flexible job which can be scaled down to meet pets needs. I am available for morning walks or meds, can coordinate a lunch/potty break, and will of course meet any needs in the evening that are necessary. Unfortunately, I do not have space for pets to stay at my home. I am protective of other people's living space as if it's my own. I will tidy up all messed and pet care needs if they arise. And I will make sure they get all the love and exercise they need.
About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs and have had them by my side my entire life. I currently have a playful pup of my own who’s turning two soon 🐾! Whether it’s a long walk or a drop-in visit, I truly enjoy caring for dogs and supporting their families when they need a hand. I have experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and training levels—including those who pull on leash or get easily excited. I’m confident handling a variety of temperaments and energy levels with calm, consistent care. Right now, I walk five dogs for four regular clients—some through Rover and others from my local community. I’d love to welcome your pup into my routine and treat them like one of my own. I’m available for 30-minute walks or longer, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your dog’s needs and schedule. While I work full-time during the week, I’m available for evening walks and drop-in visits most days. I can also accommodate some morning and lunchtime walks (between 12–1 PM). On weekends, I’m happy to offer longer visits or house sitting as needed. My schedule is flexible, and I’ll always do my best to meet your pet’s needs. I always follow each owner’s rules and routines closely—your preferences are my priority. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important consistency is, and I truly respect that every dog is unique and may need personalized care and attention. When I’m with your dog, they have my full focus. Their safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities.
