“Siqin was a very good host to my dog, outstanding actually. She made sure he socialized well with her dog as my guy has social anxiety with other dogs. She was very kind when dealing with his mishaps, she sends multiple updates per day and gives wellness drops whenever she can. I think she also bathed him 😅 he came back to me a very good smelling happy guy. I would highly recommend boarding with her, I hope her availability doesn’t get too shotty because I’d love to board with her and only her going forward for as long as I can 👍”

“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. “Diana took care of my 5mo for five days on his first time away from home. She was responsive and communicative throughout the week, sending daily photos and videos of their walks. Raphael was well cared for: fed on schedule, walked regularly, and returned home healthy. He’s going through a fear period and Diana was patient and adapted well to his needs, which I really appreciated. She was warm and caring with him. For future bookings I’d suggest more indoor photos so owners can see how their dog is settling at home, not just during walks.
