She’s so detail oriented and caring, noticing every little detail on my cats as well as the apartment! Taking so good care of things while we are away. We had to leave on this planned trip with a sudden medical situation with one of our cats, and Dixie went above and beyond making sure that my cats are in good care. She sent us a detailed update each day on how the day went, what they did, and how the dogs were and added a bunch of photos as well. Handling our two 70 lbs dogs is definitely a handful and she took great care of them. We will be repeat customers and already booked 3 more stays with her in the future!”

We got frequent photos and videos about how Misty was doing but Ghazaal also took on the unexpected tasks around the house as they came up. She was always kind and friendly and we felt comfortable with her in our home. She followed all instructions and was responsive if we had any communication. To say that Ghazaal went above and beyond is an understatement. We came home to a very happy cat and an immaculate house. She’d vacuumed and washed the sheets ahead of our arrival which was an unexpected but very welcome touch. I think Misty is a little disappointed we are back. We would book Ghazaal again in a heartbeat for future trips.”

Saana is very good at communication and sent very detailed text, photo, and video updates throughout the housesitting. I will definitely prioritize booking Saana whenever I need a catsitter again!”

She's super reliable - I explained their care routine once a while ago, and she's got it down! No need to reexplain. Coordination is smooth and updating logistical details has been straightforward. She sends me pics at opportune times, she's upfront about when she will or won't be around, and she's great at tracking generally how they're doing, which makes this pet mom feel relaxed about being on vacation. :)”
