About: We are an Asian family living in a spacious single house family in Newark. We have a 11-year-old male Yorkie, Pudding, who is super friendly to human and his doggie friends. We work from home for most of the days in a week, so there will always be people at home to take care of your pets. We are dedicated to providing your beloved pets 24 hours/7 days accompany and care. We have a fenced backyard where pets could freely hang out and enjoy playing with each other. Plus, we live in the walking distance of Newark Community Center Park on Cedar Blvd, where there is a decent dog park that we could take your pets to on a daily basis. We work from home for most of the days in a week, so there will always be people at home to take care of your pets. Our daily routine includes walking your dog at least one time a day, and/or visiting the dog park. Dogs can go potty in the sideyard and backyard as often as they need. About: We’ve had pets all our lives. Currently, we have two cats. For the most part, someone is always WFH. The only day one of us isn’t WFH is Thursday. If we know early enough, we can flex our schedules if any sitting is needed on Thursday. We’ve watched bunnies, cats, and dogs for friends/family including giving medication. We have had no aggression from our pets with the pets we’ve watched. We have a second room(atm being used as an office/guest room), so if you want your pet separate from ours pets, that is something we can accommodate. For dogs during boarding, our household prefers dogs that tend to ignore our cats. Also, we have a preference for senior dogs since they tend to be low energy and do not require long walks to use the restroom. For cats, we have experience with all kinds of energy and ages. If you have a cat with a lot of energy, our Taro girl has shown that she loves playing with all the energetic kitties and helps them come out of their shell. However, both our cats can adapt to senior cats as they both love to lounge. We are willing to negotiate our prices if you believe your pet to be low maintenance or if for example doggy daycare, your pet would be with us for less than 7 hours. Just ask and we can see what we can do during the meet and greet. There is usually always someone at home except Thursday. If you need sitting help on a Thursday, reach out early and we can see about flexing our WFH schedule for that week. One of us is a morning person and the other an evening person in case you have a pet with a weird schedule. We ask for a clear schedule such as when to walk and feed and follow it. This information will always vary depending on the pet or even if they are on medication. For all pets, we’ve given them some space, especially from our pets and seen if they can interact or not depending on what their owners want. We also try to incorporate playtime if they want that.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life, but only in the last few years have I had major care experience of any kind, but I genuinely really enjoy it. I’ve always loved dogs and pets in general and I’d love to have more opportunities I’m not working any jobs right now and want to make some money doing something I enjoy while saving up for things. I currently have a cat and have previously fostered a large dog and hosted dogs in my home for up to one week while their owners were out of town. I'd love to do drop-in visits to make sure your pet is well taken care of while you're away. I also offer doggie daycare if your dog has separation anxiety and just needs someone to cuddle and play with them while you're at work! I have lots of experience caring for cats as well as experience with dog sitting for extended periods of time. I’m very patient with getting to know new animals and earn their trust. I have experience caring for puppies to senior dogs of all sizes and will cater to your dog's individual energy level and personality. I have also taken care of many different cats of all ages and personalities. I'm very willing to work with you and your fur baby to make sure that that all of his/her needs are met, and most importantly that you feel comfortable knowing that your pet is happy well taken care of. I have experience administering medication to cats (i.e. pills and other oral medication). For drop-in visits, I’m also more than happy to help with any chores around the house if needed, such as watering plants and bringing in the mail. I'm fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have also gotten three booster shots, including the bivalent booster I’m currently working on a hybrid schedule, so I’ll be home during the weekdays on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Since my job is mostly sitting at a desk all day, I’d love any excuse to get outdoors to get some exercise and take your dogs on long walks! If your dog likes to play fetch, I keep a whole bag of tennis balls on hand just for the dogs I take care of. Your pet will be treated as if he/she were my own and will receive all the love and belly scratches while they're in my care. I'll make sure that they have enough food and water and spend time playing and/or cuddling with them. I'll also send lots of photos after each visit.
