Diana and John take such good care of my Italian Greyhound, Benny. They are very communicative and send lots of great pictures. They take extra care in ensuring that a dog is a good fit for their group during the meet and greet before booking, and they have an ideal set up for the dogs at their home. Eunhee and Naveen were wonderfully flexible and understanding with our unique emergency situation. Their wonderful communication was so reassuring during a stressful time. Our male Chihuahua mix, who typically doesn't prefer men, warmed up to Naveen and apparently ended up cuddling with him and letting Naveen take him on a walk! Eunhee's communication during the visit and kind reassurance with the dogs at drop off was very welcome. We will definitely book again.
