“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. We will definitely book with Juanyi again for our future vacations, and recommend to every pet parents, my Lucky was treated like Juanyi's own, yours will too!❤️”

Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

And I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate things I like doing to my daily routine so why not take this opportunity to take care of a bunch of fur babies! Unfortunately I do not do meet and greets but I do send pictures of my yard and house so you can see where your fur babies will be staying and do calls before drop offs! About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of every kind and grew up with them since I was young. Animals have always been part of my everyday life. I have experience with senior dogs up to 15 years old, dogs recovering from surgery, and cats with different personalities. I always adjust my care to meet each pet’s needs. My dog gets along well with both dogs and cats, and since I work from home, your pet will have plenty of attention and supervision. We have a fully fenced yard and live in a quiet hillside area with very little noise or traffic, which helps keep the environment calm. I work from home, so I’m usually around throughout the day. Pets are never left home alone. When a new dog arrives, I don’t rush introductions. On the first day, I usually keep them physically separated so they can get used to each other’s scent and presence. On the second day, I allow controlled sniffing and short, supervised interactions. By the third day, I continue observing and adjusting based on their comfort level. Most dogs settle in naturally with this gradual approach. Their safety and comfort matter most to me - it’s important that they feel secure in a new environment. I never leave pets loose together without supervision. If we ever need to briefly step out, we have play pens and crates to safely separate them.

She would run around and play with the younger dogs but also mellow down with the older dogs.

About: For most of my High School education I had watched The Dog Whisperer religiously, which helped to ingrain my love for animals especially towards canines. I slowly began to pursue fields in which I could help surround myself with animals and careers pertaining to animals. I started after high school and became a volunteer at the San Jose Animal Care Services located on Monterey Rd. in San José. I was working on the side while going to school as I volunteered to help compensate the volunteer hours. As a designated dog walker I was introduced to small toy dogs down to 4 pounds up to larger breeds ranging upwards of 100 pounds. I am located in a single-family residence in a suburban enclave in Evergreen. We have a fenced backyard with lots of space to stretch out and enjoy the outdoors. I have a dedicated doggie door to a full sized fenced back yard where your dog can run and play to their heart's content. My neighborhood is in a very safe and enclosed cul-de-sac that is further from any busy main roads, making walking worry free.
