Melissa was spot-on with communication and empathy. Although her husband seemed to play a major role, I had only communicated through Melissa. Daff seemed well taken care of (plenty of photos), and was there for a VERY last minute booking. If I lived here, I'd be loyal to using them again and again :)
Melissa and Hyun were great with Zorro! They made sure to provide updates every day and were very prompt with responding to anything. They were amazing at taking care of Zorro and made sure he had all the love and care he needed. I would definitely have Zorro stay with them again!
Melissa took very good care of Kenji during his doggy day care! She’s very responsive and communication is excellent. This was Kenji’s first time being with her and I could tell that he got comfortable with her right away. She sent frequent updates which was much appreciated. Kenji seemed very happy when I picked him up and I could tell that he really likes her. Highly recommended! Thanks, Melissa!

Schedule
My husband and I both work from home so we are very flexible. If one is in meeting, the other can be available for dogs’ needs.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a condo with a balcony. Our condo has a grass field (unfenced) available to play catch and big enough for 10-15min walks. We live close to parks & a dog park.
A typical day
My favorite is cuddling but I can do regular walks, playing catch outside, playing with toys indoors, whatever else that dogs want to do with me! If dogs like easy hikes, I love doing that together too!
