It was clear from every picture that Luka was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Luka is a Belgian Malinois, so he has a lot of energy and requires plenty of physical and mental engagement. Jacqueline did a wonderful job meeting his needs while also making him feel at home. Their home is beautiful, with a secure backyard and plenty of toys for the dogs to enjoy. One of the coolest parts of his stay was that Luka learned to use a doggie door for the first time. It gave him the freedom to come and go into the yard as needed, and I know that also makes things easier for the family caring for the dogs. Although this was only a short stay, Jacqueline followed all of our care instructions, including Luka’s feeding routine, and treated him like one of her own. One thoughtful detail that really stood out was how carefully they packed all of Luka’s belongings exactly the way we had brought them. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it showed how much care and attention they put into everything. We truly appreciate the excellent care Luka received and will absolutely be booking with Jacqueline again. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. Due to his illness Greyson’s main diet is wet food and he needs to be fed several times a day with meds mixed in. This was not an issue for Monica. Under her care Greyson thrived. He looked healthy and happy. We so enjoyed the updates Monica sent to us every day. The photos and videos attached to the updates always made us smile, sometimes we laughed out loud by Greyson’s antics and expressions captured in them. She also cut Greyson’s nails for us, something we had trouble accomplishing on our own. Besides taking excellent care of Greyson, Monica kept the house in good order. About: I’ve always had a lot of love for pets! And I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate things I like doing to my daily routine so why not take this opportunity to take care of a bunch of fur babies! Unfortunately I do not do meet and greets but I do send pictures of my yard and house so you can see where your fur babies will be staying and do calls before drop offs! I work from home and the rest of my day is pretty empty so I thought this would be a perfect distraction and a great second part time job for me! The dogs will be allowed to be inside or outside as well. I do have a big backyard for them to run around and play with fences of course for their safety!

From the moment I reached out, Bruno’s communication was clear, professional, and thoughtful. He asked about Nova’s allergies, schedule, and any personal preferences to make sure she’d feel comfortable and safe throughout the day. Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. About: For most of my High School education I had watched The Dog Whisperer religiously, which helped to ingrain my love for animals especially towards canines. I slowly began to pursue fields in which I could help surround myself with animals and careers pertaining to animals. I started after high school and became a volunteer at the San Jose Animal Care Services located on Monterey Rd. in San José. I was working on the side while going to school as I volunteered to help compensate the volunteer hours. As a designated dog walker I was introduced to small toy dogs down to 4 pounds up to larger breeds ranging upwards of 100 pounds. About: I’ve owned two dogs since they were puppies who now 12 and 11. I’ve also cared for my friends’ and family member’s dogs (elderly dachshund, frenchie, Boston terrier, and 3x labradoodles) for extended periods of time when they need a caregiver for when they’re out of town.
