“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. We will definitely book with Juanyi again for our future vacations, and recommend to every pet parents, my Lucky was treated like Juanyi's own, yours will too!❤️”

I was really nervous but my sister in law told me about Rover & Leah and how much my fur nephews loved it there. We had to go on an unexpected trip for a funeral and Leah took care of my girl, Callie & fur nephews. Week before I even dropped off Callie, Leah was responsive to my questions and kind & patient with me. She let me know to create instructions on how to care for Callie & was so sweet & appreciative when I gave her back a full “book” of instructions. She was very reassuring that she & her family would care for Callie really well. Once my husband & I dropped off Callie to Leah, we were given a warm and welcoming greeting. She was inviting and just gave a very calming energy. Her place was clean, full of toys dog safe. Her furniture & products she used felt dog friendly & like a perfect second home for Callie. I felt really good about leaving Callie with her. During the trip we received updates. If I found myself just missing Callie and decided to check in by messaging Leah through the app, she was so responsive!. I knew Leah & her family were giving Callie lots of love & care (made obvious by the pictures sent through rover app). I was able to focus on family during this trip knowing Callie was in great hands! I only left Callie with Leah for 2 nights but, after this experience I would trust Leah to care for Callie for week(s) if needed. In the future, and if need to find care for my dog again, I will hope and pray Leah is available the days I need. She was awesome!!”
