We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. About: I’ve always loved taking care of all sorts of animals since Elementary school. I saw it as very enjoyable and rewarding rather than boring or stressful. When taking care of an animal I’d always make sure they were fed, given water, had a good amount of play time, were taken outside, or anything that was needed to make the pet and owner satisfied! I’m going to begin college during the summer term but since my classes are online I’ll have more than enough time to ensure your pet is well taken care of! I’m available Monday - Friday after 12pm. Although if needed I can go earlier if i’m informed beforehand. About: I’ve always loved taking care of all sorts of animals since Elementary school. I saw it as very enjoyable and rewarding rather than boring or stressful. When taking care of an animal I’d always make sure they were fed, given water, had a good amount of play time, were taken outside, or anything that was needed to make the pet and owner satisfied! I’m going to begin college during the summer term but since my classes are online I’ll have more than enough time to ensure your pet is well taken care of! I’m available Monday - Friday after 12pm. Although if needed I can go earlier if i’m informed beforehand. About: For most of my High School education I had watched The Dog Whisperer religiously, which helped to ingrain my love for animals especially towards canines. I slowly began to pursue fields in which I could help surround myself with animals and careers pertaining to animals. I started after high school and became a volunteer at the San Jose Animal Care Services located on Monterey Rd. in San José. I was working on the side while going to school as I volunteered to help compensate the volunteer hours. As a designated dog walker I was introduced to small toy dogs down to 4 pounds up to larger breeds ranging upwards of 100 pounds. I am located in a single-family residence in a suburban enclave in Evergreen. We have a fenced backyard with lots of space to stretch out and enjoy the outdoors. The local elementary school is a 5-minute walk away, featuring its own walking trail and a fenced grass area. Animal care is my second nature. I can understand body signs and cues when it comes to how an animal is feeling and the best way to approach them. I've held up against big dogs all the way down to the little ones. Each animal is unique. The most important thing is love and respect.
