“Meghana was an absolute lifesaver, being able to watch Moose on short notice. Moose, our 8 month old puppy, can be quite anxious and requires a lot of care, including frequent naps (1-2 hours at a time) and a consistent routine. I was nervous as this was Moose's first time being away from us for hours, but Meghana handled everything flawlessly. She followed Moose’s routine perfectly and went above and beyond to ensure he felt comfortable and happy in her care. She even took him on a walk and made sure to give him plenty of opportunities to relax and decompress. What stood out most was how natural Meghana is with dogs. Moose, who is typically anxious around new people, warmed up to her almost instantly. Her calm and patient demeanor made him feel at ease, and it was incredible to see how quickly he was able to settle and relax in her presence. Her neighborhood is a fantastic space for dogs to safely explore on walks, and Moose thoroughly enjoyed sniffing around and investigating his surroundings. Meghana kept us updated throughout the night with pictures and messages, which was so reassuring. It was clear from the updates how comfortable and content Moose was in her calm, welcoming environment. Meghana was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. She communicated clearly, was always responsive, and made coordinating dropoff and pickup times seamless. This all made us feel completely at ease, knowing Moose was in the best hands. Meghana’s communication skills and attention to detail allowed us to fully enjoy our date night without any worries. Her skill, professionalism, and kindness make her an incredible dogsitter, and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter for their pets. “Theo is an animal lover, from lizards and snakes, to cats and dogs. Theo has rescued many cats. He cares for them lovingly and then finds them all a good home. However, sometimes, he can't help it and his animal family at home gets a little bigger:) Theo has watched our dog Dexter four or five times over a weekend. My dog experiences separation anxiety. Theo happily stays at our house and spends good quality time both snuggling him on the couch, as well as ensuring Dexter gets two long walks, is fed on time and ensures his water bowl is full. Theo is reliable and has a flexible schedule. I highly recommend him. Dexter does too!”

About: My first pets as a child were chickens and I cared and raised them until they passed. Even training one in particular to come to me like a dog. Since then I have always loved animals and currently have a few dogs of my own with my family. I believe that all animals should have a loving home and there is nothing more endearing than to have an animal feel safe and cared for by an individual. Currently I work full time from home but can occasionally slip out to take care of some animals. I am mostly available on the weekends and would love to meet some special animals. About: I’ve taken care of animals for most of my life. I have experience with many different types of personalities and behaviors, ensuring that I know how to handle almost any situation. I’m currently in school but I do enjoy spending time with animals any chance I get. I’m available on weekends and the evenings throughout the week. I have two dogs, I make sure to take them out for walks multiple times a week. When we aren’t able to go out I like to play with them in my backyard and sometime in the house. Every once in a while I spend the week teaching them a new trick to keep them active and engaged.

About: My whole life I’ve always had dogs, I grew up loving animals and it is one of the main reasons I work here on rover, but not only that but to also be able to help others in helping caring for their pet companion. Some of my skills and experience include : -Maintaining comfortable, clean and sanitized animal quarters. -Observation of pet behavior for signs of illness or injury. -Managed basic animal needs, including regular feeding and watering. -Conducted play sessions with multiple animals to promote socialization and reduce stress levels. -Cleaned kennels, cages, and litter boxes regularly. -Administered medication as prescribed by vets - taking pets on walks regularly to ensure exercise and socialization. (Of course with owners request or permission) -Monitored animal behavior and condition for signs of distress or serious medical issues. -Fed and provided fresh water. -Promoted physical and mental health with play time and contact -Updating owners with videos and pictures I’m currently working full time on rover but also I’m school online. I do stay at home most of the day,but there is always someone at home. When it comes to my schedule though I’m very flexible with time and I’m almost always available at short notice. I completely understand that there are emergencies and having to find a last minute sitter, that’s where I come in Though my house isn’t big from the inside, the backyard is very big and it’s enough space for all the dogs to run around and play.
