“Cindy was nothing short of amazing during drop-in visits with my boy Astro. Her level of care and attention to Astro gave me full trust that he was in good hands. Cindy took care of Astro as if he were one of her own and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help looking after him. She was always very responsive with pictures and information on the visits and was very prompt with arrivals as well. I could tell Astro was very comfortable with Cindy and enjoyed his time with her. I will absolutely be booking again with her in the future.”

“Valentina took great care of my two senior cats while I was out of town. They were happy and well fed and cared for when I returned. She sent great updates with lots of pictures and I really appreciated that.”

About: Hi! I'm new to Rover, however, I've loved animals all my life. And I understand how important it is to ensure your fur baby is cared for ❤️ I have my own pup, Cloud (my goober bear) and fish at home. My family also has cats, so I’m very familiar with all kinds of personalities. I’ve also volunteered at a horse ranch and helped care for chickens, and one day I’d love to have my own little farm + animal sanctuary 🐾 My biggest priority is making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and as close to their normal routine as possible like you never left. I really take the time to understand what matters most to you and your pet, so I can mirror that same love, energy, and care while you’re away. I’m very active, mindful, and intuitive (I’m also a yoga teacher), which helps me tune into animals and their nonverbal cues. Whether your pet wants playtime and adventures, or calm energy and space, I’m happy to meet them exactly where they are. I’ll treat your pet like my own with so much love, presence, and care 🐾❤️ With a flexible, part-time schedule as a yoga instructor, I’m able to offer consistent, attentive care and be fully present with your pet. I prioritize quality time, routine, and making sure they feel safe and at ease while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, clean, and attentive environment, follow routines closely, and ensure fresh food, water, and care at all times. I’m mindful, reliable, and treat your pet (and home) like my own
“5 stars! Tingting & Willow were fabulous cat sitters. Excellent communication, paid attention to details, and sent pictures daily of Mary. I highly recommend them!”

“Ariana took great care of my senior dog Chester, who has some special health issues. She is very caring, thoughtful, and a good communicator. I would not hesitate to have Ariana care for Chester again!”

“Faye was absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job dropping in to feed and play with my kitties while I was away. She followed all of my instructions perfectly and went above and beyond by sending tons of adorable photos that clearly showed how happy and comfortable they were with her. Her communication was excellent, she kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me such peace of mind. You can truly tell how much she cares for animals. She’s incredibly kind, thoughtful, and reliable. I’m so grateful for such a wonderful first experience, and I’ll definitely be booking with Faye again!”

“Courtney was great taking care of my dog for 10 days (19 visits). She provided good service and daily updates after each visit. This was the first time she took care of my dog and I came back to a happy pet and clean house. I would hire her again.”

About: Hi, my name is Lee and I’m a recent architecture college graduate in the midst of transitioning between school and the work world. Growing up, I cared for many species of animals such as cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and butterflies. I currently live with an orange tabby named Rosie who’s 10 and a little spicy. I have cared for and pet sat cats and dogs of friends and family for several years. I helped my sibling foster 4 kittens. I walked dogs ages two to fourteen and from 12lbs to 80lbs. No matter the size, I enjoy carrying for fur babies, while making sure each animal is comfortable, safe, and happy. My schedule is quite flexible - from morning to evenings - only working around personal projects and care. Drop-in visits toward the end of the evening are doable. I am generally available on weekends. I appreciate owners who provide detailed information on routines and care, so I can provide best for their pet as to ensure comfort and consistency. I have cared for cats and dogs from 5lbs to 80lbs and from elderly to energetic. I enjoy taking dogs out for regular walks, whether it’s just to get them out of the house or to tire them out. Usually I walk one pup at a time, but I have walked two medium size dogs (40-50lbs each) from the same household together. Some of the dogs I have cared for have been unfazed by people or other pets, while others have been well trained but anxious or potentially reactive to others dogs, requiring a soft muzzle. On overnights and drop-ins, the dogs I have cared for have had various diets, including raw food, kibble, and fruits/vegetables (as treats). I’ve had pets that required separate meals, unique rituals around meals, or specific supplements/pill medications at meals. Some households have asked I crate their dogs at night, while others have pups that want to be in whichever room I sleep.
About: What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy spending calm, attentive time with animals and focusing on their comfort and routine. I currently live with a family dog, which has given me ongoing experience with daily care and understanding pet behavior. In the past, I also cared for a hamster, which taught me responsibility and consistency with small animals. I am especially attentive during drop-in visits and make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for in their familiar environment. I’m a recent graduate currently volunteering with Animal Assisted Happiness on Sundays, with times that vary. I also receive training through San Jose Animal Care Center. My schedule is generally flexible outside of these commitments, and I’m available for drop-in pet care during the week and on other days. For drop-in visits, I provide fresh food and water, clean up after pets (including litter boxes or pads if needed), and spend time with them through companionship and light play. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while I’m there.
“Stephanie is so approachable and her communication is top notch. Very professional! Patrick loved her and she gave him the minute he needed to warm up to the idea. Perfect experience all around. Highly recommend.”

About: I grew up with dogs and have always loved animals. As an adult, I’ve been volunteering at the Humane Society for over 10 years and am qualified to work with some of the most challenging dogs there. I have undergone training for shy, rowdy and reactive dogs, and am continuing to practice clicker training. I am currently working from home. My work day typically starts early and ends early, so my afternoons are more available to take long walks. There is a trail that I walk most days that is about 3 miles, and it would be perfect for an active doggo! I can bring your dog out for frequent potty breaks during the day and give lots of pets between meetings during the week. We can also practice clicker training for basic manners.
About: I’m a dependable and patient caregiver with lots of experience caring for both children and animals. I’ve helped care for dogs and cats of different ages and personalities, including energetic puppies and older pets who need extra attention and patience. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning up after pets, giving lots of love and attention, and sticking to routines. Since I also work in childcare, I’m very responsible, attentive, and used to handling busy schedules and different needs with care. I’m currently working part time, so pet care fits well into my schedule. I’m fully available on weekends and have flexibility during the week depending on the time needed. I’m happy to help with walks, drop-ins, overnight care, or keeping pets company while owners are away. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I stick closely to their pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special instructions so the pet feels as comfortable as possible. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, patience, and supervision, and I always keep the home clean and respected. I’m also careful about safety on walks, around doors/gates, and during playtime to make sure pets stay secure and happy.
“Thank you so very much for taking such excellent care of my cat while we were away. Daily photos, and written notes set me at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy a much needed holiday. 😻”

“I’ve used Johnathan twice so far to feed and walk both of my dogs while I’ve been away. He has remained consistent, communicative, and flexible and I really appreciate his thorough updates and lots of photos after each visit. Being available last minute has been a huge relief also! Having both a hyper, younger dog and a senior dog can be a lot but he handles them well and makes sure to accommodate all of their needs correctly - diapers, medication, etc. and I feel like I can trust his services. I have never had to rely on a stranger for my children before but Johnathan made the process smooth and straight forward from the start. I was very impressed with the schedule he put together for them with all of my details - instructions to my apt, where to park, etc. He’s on top of it!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and truly love them a lot. I have experience caring for my own dogs as well as helping take care of others’ pets. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved. I am currently in California for the summer while my Fiance works full time. There is nothing I would love more than to take care of your lovely pets during the week! Since I’ll mainly be providing walks and drop-in care, my focus is on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own familiar environment. I always pay close attention during walks, make sure dogs are secure on leashes and harnesses, and follow any instructions owners provide regarding routines, safety, or special needs. I treat every pet with patience, love, and care, and I want owners to feel confident that their pets are in good hands with me.
“Sandy was great! She took time to come over the day before to meet our boys and get comfortable with them, she arrived early and took great care of our fur babies. We would definitely call Sandy again!”

Laura did an amazing job taking care of my Roxie! She was able to come through last minute when a different sitter fell through at the last moment before I had to leave town. She always informed me when arriving and if there were any issues. I would highly recommend her especially if you have a senior dog. She took extra good care of her!!

Sarit is absolutely amazing! When my wife and I had a trip coming up, she was the first person we thought of and that says it all. She has cared for our cats before, and we had zero hesitation rebooking her. What sets Sarit apart is her incredible attention to detail and her genuine love for animals. We always looked forward to her detailed updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She is simply awesome, and we would rebook her again without a second thought. 10/10!

Lauren is a fantastic kitty sitter! She always takes wonderful care of our furry guys and sends plenty of photos, which we absolutely love. This time, she went above and beyond by quickly alerting us to a potential issue with our little guy and even handling an ant problem for us. We highly recommend her and will definitely continue booking with her in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Tingting and Willow! Leaving my Ollie for two+ weeks was hard but knowing she was in good hands gave me such peace of mind. They went above and beyond for my Ollie and I’m so thankful for them! I HIGHLY recommend Tingting and Willow!

Erik provided excellent care for our fur pet and always kept us up to date. Erik was very punctual which we look for in our sitters and spent the time to walk her and give her the attention she needed while we were away. Will definitely rebook with Eric in the future!

Courtney is amazing!! I contacted her asking about a last minute drop in visit for my dog and she came to my house to do a meet and greet 2 hours later and took such great care of Deebo. He loved Courtney! She is very responsive, organized, and loving toward animals. Highly recommend!
