Very flexible given my impromptu need for Rover, spent some time getting to know my kitties with me, asked excellent and detailed questions for care, and then did an amazing job dropping in and keeping them company, refilling food/water, and scooping litter! Also veryyy communicative and the pics and videos sent were precious! Would highly recommend :)”

“I actually hired Jennifer to drop in twice while I was on vacation to feed my fish. I have two tanks, one with a few cichlids and a smaller tank with community tropical fish and I was worried about leaving them for 13 days. Jennifer came to check out the tanks and I left pre-portioned out food for the tanks for the two visits and instructions to top off the tank if the water level got too low. Everything worked out perfectly and she sent me photos of the tank and fish to assure me that everything looked good. I got home to healthy fish in a clear tank and was able to enjoy my vacation that much more, knowing that I didn't have to worry about them. Thanks!”

Kona can sometimes have dog aggression as well and it’s no problem for Theresa whatsoever. She is punctual, professional and very kind to our dog. I always check to see if she is available when we are out of town.”
