Every animal is different and can be cared for differently. The key to a happy animal for me is lots of play time and good exercise, plenty of water, treats for good behavior, and a consistent schedule for food.

The only thing I ask is for any preferences an owner may have when it comes to caring for or walking their dog/cat. Favorite treats for their pet, daily routine, a specific route they may like for a walk, etc.

I love active animals that warm up to people easily but I am also very good at having patience when meeting a new pet, some may not trust a new person easily and I understand that well. I will take my time in allowing a dog/cat to get used to me and it never takes long for us to become great pals.

I’ve been surrounded by animals all my life whether it be pets, farm animals, or educational studies. Throughout my life I’ve had several pet dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and reptiles that I’ve trained and loved.

Erik provided excellent care for our fur pet and always kept us up to date. Erik was very punctual which we look for in our sitters and spent the time to walk her and give her the attention she needed while we were away. Will definitely rebook with Eric in the future!
Erik did a tremendous job. I cannot recommend him highly enough. My dog loved walking with him! Will definitely try and book him again whenever we need a dog walker

When I came back after two weeks, I noticed my cats’ litter boxes were quite dirty, and their water bowls didn’t seem to have been cleaned or refilled for a while. I understand things can get busy, but keeping their litter clean and making sure they always have fresh water is really important for their well-being.
