“Qi was great! My dog Ellie had an awesome stay with her! She boarded there for about two weeks, and Qi kept us updated the whole time with pictures and messages, which we really appreciated. I also liked that she took a thoughtful approach to introducing Ellie to the other dogs and let me see how they interacted before I left. She did a thorough meet and greet the day after we contacted her, and asked tons of great questions. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. Jade and her husband take a very professional approach to their care, even though they both work and Rover is not their main gig.
