She sent us plenty of pictures and updates that gave us a peace of mind and we were able to enjoy our time away. This is our very first Rover experience and we are so glad it was with Juliana. Rachel and her husband offered a meet and greet, were curious about rules I have for my pet so they could adhere to them too, they gave her great exercise and an opportunity to play with their dogs, they are experienced and have a safe home, and it seems like my puppy just really liked it there. She did a thorough meet and greet the day after we contacted her, and asked tons of great questions. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. Jade and her husband take a very professional approach to their care, even though they both work and Rover is not their main gig.
