“Incredible Experience with Yifei! Highly Recommend! This was my first time using Rover, and I was honestly a bit nervous, especially since it was all very last-minute. But Yifei completely put my mind at ease. From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible—she was able to fit us in and even allowed us to pick up our puppy, Katsu, in the early morning, which was a huge help! Yifei kept me updated with pictures throughout the day, and it was so comforting to see Katsu so happy and engaged. Usually, my puppy is a bit hesitant with new people, but when he first met Yifei, he didn’t even look back at me! I could tell he felt completely safe and at ease with her, and I think he was probably having so much fun with the other dogs that he didn’t want to come home! On top of all that, Yifei was super easy to communicate with when Katsu accidentally left behind some of his things. She was quick to respond and made the whole process so smooth. I cannot recommend Yifei enough! She’s an absolute gem, and I felt 100% confident that my 10-month-old puppy was in great hands. “We had such a fantastic experience with Juanyi and truly couldn’t have asked for better care for our dog! From the very beginning, communication was enthusiastic, warm, and reassuring. We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Maggie stayed with Catherine for 6 nights/7 days, the longest we had ever had to board her with someone. Catherine was just wonderful, she always sent pictures, videos and updates. Maggie has stayed with her a few times before so we knew she would be in good hands, and she was. Catherine looks after Maggie like she’s her own, and that’s all we could ever ask for. We can’t recommend Catherine enough!
Olive enjoyed her time with Chris and Maria. Apparently they may have even let her slide into the bed at night (I guess she was feeling lonely lol). The place has a nice big yard and dogs are well supervised. Received status updates and prompt responses for all inquiries/requests
Christy took care of our Shiba Inu, Wanchan, for two separate stays: first, a one-night trial stay, and later a 2.5-week stay while we were away on our trip to Asia. From the very beginning, she was excellent with communication and kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos throughout both stays. She also carefully followed all of the care instructions we provided in a Google doc, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Wanchan warmed up to Christy and her boyfriend surprisingly quickly, which is not always easy with a Shiba Inu. Seeing how comfortable and happy she was allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without worrying about our fur baby back home. One thing that really stood out was their experience with Shiba Inus. As many owners know, Shibas can be quite different from other breeds and often require a unique approach. Christy and her boyfriend clearly understood the breed’s personality and needs, and their knowledge helped Wanchan feel less anxious and adjust to their home in a short time. Overall, I would highly recommend Christy as a Rover sitter, especially if you have a Shiba Inu. Her experience, communication, and genuine care for dogs made all the difference, and we would not hesitate to book with her again.
Xiuhui is an amazing dog sitter and made our first boarding experience so smooth and stress-free. My dog was very nervous at the beginning, but Xiuhui was incredibly patient, experienced, and caring, and helped him adjust to the new environment very quickly. She sent me daily updates and treated my baby like her own dog, which gave me so much peace of mind. Communication was always fast and thoughtful, and I truly felt my dog was in the best hands. Diola took such great care of Boba during the Memorial Day long weekend! She was very professional, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. Before the stay, she even showed us her home where Boba would be staying, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured. Brian and Emi take care of Artoo so well, Everytime we leave him with them. We boarded him with them for 10 days and they made were peaceful on our trip by sending us a lot of updates throughout the day! He had the best time and we could see that he was very attached to them. Their dog Teddy is also very friendly and bonded so well with our Artoo. We would trust Artoo with them again without any second thoughts! Left our little adult Yorkie with Yan and can tell you was the best experience ever. Highly recommended, very pet friendly, and personable individual.
