About: I am a lifelong lover and owner of pets with over 25 years of experience. Having had companions, including several dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, and even a rabbit, I have a knack and love for caring for and playing with animals. I am a current fur dad as well to an Australian Shepherd and a rambunctious little Seal Point Bengal. By the way, if your dog isn’t prey driven, I don’t mind rollerblading them and helping them to get some exercise if that is an option! All of what I make here by the way is going towards my MBA degree at USC and continuous veterinary bills for my dog with prescriptions and dietary restrictions. Pet care occupies my time outside of my day job and it gives me an excuse to get outside, provides possibilities of having some company and socialization for my dog (she does especially well with puppies), and other opportunities to get out and be the excitement in or exercise opportunity for a fur baby or fur babies outside of my own. I usually give the animal space and time to feel me out, as well as the environment if they are in my home. I know that not all animals warm up right away and that it may take several visits for the animal to become comfortable with me - I am patient and perfectly fine with this.

As a full-time homemaker and dog mom, I am home all day and able to provide consistent, attentive care. Your dog will have my full attention for walks, playtime, rest, and anything else they need throughout the day. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I love taking dogs to trails and parks nearby for exercise, fun, and potty breaks. They can relax in a crate or snuggle with me on the couch/bed. Fresh filtered water is always available and treats are given as allowed.

Growing up, our family home was full of pets, from rodents like mice, guinea pigs, rats, and hamsters, to rabbits, cats, turtles, parrots, and a dog I adored who passed away three years ago. I’ve walked and cared for dogs and cats since childhood, including helping my grandmother and neighbors with their pets, walking them and spending time with them whenever needed. Right now I don’t have a pet of my own because I’m traveling, but I’d love to help care for other people’s furry friends. I’m responsible, attentive, and I love spending time with animals. About: I have experience taking care of pets from hamsters to birds to cats and dogs. I know how to adapt to different personalities and requirements based on each pet. I have also taught my cat how to give a high-five and that was fun so I am open to continuing training for pets too. I currently don’t have a full time job so my availability is very flexible. I am also starting on my own exercise journey so being able to get active and meet my daily step goals alongside a furry friend sounds like a cool way to combine interests. In my own home I care for my cat by having an airtag on her and providing supervised patio time. When I take my cat on walks, I use a leash to keep her safe. For taking care of your pet, I will continue to keep an eye on them during play and make sure they dont get into any trouble by eating things they aren’t supposed too. I am good at following directions if your oet has specific instructions for their safety.
