“Incredible Experience with Yifei! Highly Recommend! This was my first time using Rover, and I was honestly a bit nervous, especially since it was all very last-minute. But Yifei completely put my mind at ease. From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible—she was able to fit us in and even allowed us to pick up our puppy, Katsu, in the early morning, which was a huge help! Yifei kept me updated with pictures throughout the day, and it was so comforting to see Katsu so happy and engaged. Usually, my puppy is a bit hesitant with new people, but when he first met Yifei, he didn’t even look back at me! I could tell he felt completely safe and at ease with her, and I think he was probably having so much fun with the other dogs that he didn’t want to come home! On top of all that, Yifei was super easy to communicate with when Katsu accidentally left behind some of his things. She was quick to respond and made the whole process so smooth. I cannot recommend Yifei enough! She’s an absolute gem, and I felt 100% confident that my 10-month-old puppy was in great hands. About: I’ve always had dogs around, and we adopted Annie, our latest furry friend, four years ago. I treat my dogs like my babies, and spend a lot of time playing with them and making sure they are looking pretty at all times! I work from home, so I’m free to care for your dogs during the week. Weekend availability might be a bit spotty. I only leave the dogs alone when I’m heading to the gym (about an hour), but otherwise I always bring them along, even to restaurants! Please provide food, treats, a food bowl, and a dog carrier (it’s super important!). I have plenty of toys :) I live in a townhouse, I don’t have a yard but I take the dogs out for pee breaks every 3-4 hours and 2 20min walks (morning and evening). “Xiuhui aka Sophie is very responsive and responsible taking care of my shy, timid baby girl. Sophie takes my girl out for walks at least two times even it’s just 6-8 hours day care. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

I have a small back porch downstairs of my townhouse but I can walk them as needed for potty breaks. I live In the downtown area of San Jose where there are plenty of dog friendly parks to take them. I will never neglect your family member he/she will be cared for as my own. They will be walked and fed and loved on a lot and you can call me anytime and request as many pics as you’d like. With other dogs she gets a long with them, and she just needs to warm up to them because of shyness. I kept her on dog food not human food and she weighs less than 10 lbs. She would run around and play with the younger dogs but also mellow down with the older dogs.

But Yifei completely put my mind at ease. From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible—she was able to fit us in and even allowed us to pick up our puppy, Katsu, in the early morning, which was a huge help! Yifei kept me updated with pictures throughout the day, and it was so comforting to see Katsu so happy and engaged. I could tell he felt completely safe and at ease with her, and I think he was probably having so much fun with the other dogs that he didn’t want to come home!
