“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. “We were extremely happy with Yifei’s care. We entrusted our 16-year-old cat to her for five days. Due to our cat’s health condition, he needed liquid gabapentin administered by syringe into his mouth, and she handled this responsibility wonderfully. When we returned home from our trip, it was clear that everything had been done exactly as we had requested, and our cat was calm, comfortable, and happy. Normally, after we come back from a vacation, he is stressed and has usually lost some weight. This time, however, he was relaxed, content, and had maintained his weight perfectly. It was obvious that he had a great time with his sitter. In fact, before we arrived home, I checked the camera and saw him waiting by the door, most likely expecting her to come. “Xiuhui aka Sophie is very responsive and responsible taking care of my shy, timid baby girl. Sophie takes my girl out for walks at least two times even it’s just 6-8 hours day care. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

About: I absolutely love animals and have been caring for, and looking after dogs, cats, (and any animals in-between) since i was very young!! I’m super comfortable handling & caring for dogs and have cared for dogs as small as 10 pounds and dogs as big as 130!! I had childhood pup who was a pitbull and we raised him from a puppy so i have lots of experience with high-energy dogs and larger and stronger breeds. I also understand the importance of structure, patience, and positive reinforcement. My experience with him taught me how to build trust, maintain consistency, and support a dog’s needs at every stage! I have experience with senior dogs, reactive dogs, needy dogs, shy dogs, puppies, ect. so there is a large spectrum of animals i’m able to care for :) I’d love to provide the attention & care your fur babies need!! About: I have been working with dogs for nearly a year and a half. The dogs I have worked with have had low energy and others have had lots of energy. The French bulldog I worked with was a pup and I was constantly monitoring and training the dog to stop eating branches and food on the walk. I have trained other dogs to stop yanking or to not chase after squirrels. I am available for morning walks or meds, can coordinate a lunch/potty break, and will of course meet any needs in the evening that are necessary. Unfortunately, I do not have space for pets to stay at my home. I am protective of other people's living space as if it's my own. I will tidy up all messed and pet care needs if they arise. About: I adopted my Shiba Inu, Freddy, when he was almost 2 years old, and he turned 7 in July this year! Some people say Shibas are difficult to take care, but Freddy is absolutely amazing and well-behaved. My wife and I treat him like our son, and we walk him at least twice a day since Day 1. His meals consist of boiled chicken breast/thighs/legs, cabbages, broccoli, carrots, and dog food, etc. Spending time with dogs is one of my greatest joys because they truly are the most loyal friends humans could ever have. Having Freddy in my life has been one of my greatest blessings. From Monday to Friday, I start my workday early in the morning and finish around 2pm. Since my office is only about 10 minutes from home, I have plenty of flexibility and am free from around 3pm until midnight every day. We have a backyard where Freddy can enjoy the fresh air and sunlight, and we even built a small door so he can go in and out freely whenever he wants. Since day one, he’s been covered by pet insurance, and we make sure to bring him in for annual check-ups, including heartworm tests and comprehensive health screenings, to keep him in the best shape possible.
