“Jaynee was the 3rd Rover pet sitter that we checked out before booking. We are very picky and looked at her responsiveness, house cleanliness, and experience to able to a young dog/puppy. We decided to book with Jaynee after our first encounter with her dog and our dog, so see if they can tolerate each other. During Apricot's stay, Jaynee was very responsive and updated us every morning about Apricot! She sent pictures and videos! She asked questions about his potty behavior due to his anxiety. Her house was very clean up front and inside. She provided him food and water bowls when we forgot his! I also forgot to leave instructions on feeding, emergency, etc but Jaynee was very responsible and asked right away! We booked Jaynee before the July 4th holiday to the 3rd, and the weather was VERY hot in San Jose, and Jaynee was very sensible about walking in the morning and late evening! The weather is so hot the asphalt/concrete would burn paws! We already booked Jaynee for December and highly recommend her for any pet parent!”

We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. Juanyi made the entire process seamless and convenient for us, which we deeply appreciated. It genuinely felt like she cared for our dog as if they were her own. Bagel and Panda become best friends!!
